A small but very select group of us ventured out in the sunshine for a brilliant day in the glorious Peak District in our 7 style cars - two Westies and one roaring Tiger. I met up with @Jakejmagee with Laura at McD in Matlock and the sun decided to make an appearance. We took an ‘adventurous’ route to The Ramblers Inn at Edsle via the famous Winnates Pass where we were joined by @Chris Emm and Mo. After a lovely lunch we took to the small roads again and drove to The Fountain in Bonsall for the traditional Peak District cake top up. Thanks to our official photographer Laura and have unashamedly stolen her lovely photos of the day below.

These photos are from this evening, a superb drive out to the Trough of Bowland with a great friend. Just got home and some food in the oven.

The weather is looking great tomorrow so we are heading to Curborough for the SDCC sprint. I'm meeting at the Halfords in Swadlincote (DE11 8JU) for a 930am depart aiming to join everyone else at the Curburgring about 10am. Feel free to come along 👍

Hi, it’s that time of year again! Now, I had an absolute stinker with the recovery service during last year. In fairness, A-Plan were great in resolving it after the fact. So, for my renewal, I was reluctant to use the same recovery service. A-Plan were really helpful and did my renewal at a lower rate and made an arrangement to use a different recovery service. All done on a single call with the very helpful Natalie. Its nice when something does go wrong but the supplier sorts it out and then continues to give great service! Good job A-Plan! S
