  2. Car was built and registered by the factory in 2019. All parts brand new when fitted, over £25000 in invoices. Although it’s a single throttle body it is running an omex 600 ecu so upgrading to throttle bodies would not be a massive issue. Lowered floors, 8”wide rear wheels, wide track front susp, mx5 ltd slip diff. Car has completed 1100 miles and as such is as new. Have just carried out it’s first mot and basic service. 1 previous owner on v5. £18250 I can organise transport anywhere in uk in a fully enclosed transporter. Based just north of Lichfield staffs. 3. All back together again after a winter of mechanical works fixing leaks and general servicing/maintenance. Thanks everyone on here for your help this far with my various (stupid) questions! Some more cosmetic changes to complete then I am ready for Spring.

  7. I've just come across a very handy guide to entering you first speed event, I would highly recommend giving it a watch if you are thinking of starting in the Speed Series, or any other championship, this year!

  9. I'm with you on this one...absolutely loved the Grp-B days. Whilst I want this film to be amazing, the trailer is just too Hollywood like you say. Can't beat real footage from the 80's to appreciate how manic and crazy those days were.... Walter Rohl in a Quattro on maximum attack whist the spectators clear the way is always one of my favourite clips All the Hollywood trickery could never highlight the skill and passion of the drivers, teams and spectators from back then!

  11. I'm a Grp-4/Grp-B fanatic, in period to today. I've watched the trailer - I won't be seeking out the movie, just too Hollywood dramatised for me, filmed with cars too expensive to scratch now. I could watch the new Ferrari movie though, without batting an eyelid, because I don't know that much about Ferrari and have little to compare or criticise, it would be purely entertainment.🙂
