Well after selling my previous Westfield i spent a very enjoyable year playing in a MNR Vortx but the lure of another Westfield was just too strong so here i am back in the club with a Megabusa. I bought this beauty needing a few jobs doing which with the expertise of Andy at AJ Automotive it's now all done......just in time for the awful weather 😔 I've managed a whole 2 drives so far and i thought my CBR1000RR MNR was quick but this Megabusa with it's RLM racing 1440 Busa engine is in another league again. Looking forward to catching up with some of you guys/girls in the warmer weather

My return to being a Westfield owner now has me playing in a Megabusa RLM racing 1440.

I put some duck tape round the shaft a few times and the grub screws grip nicely now!

The passenger seat description, is relative to it's use in Westfields, where in many classes a "seat" of some description is required. It's the low back/lack of head rest. - Helps make it lighter weight, and reduces the drag of having a full size seat sticking up. They're comfy seats though, in their own right. Used as a drivers seat though, the lack of headrest can be problematic to say the least. For competition purposes, you'd normally have to install a separate, mandatory headrest, to overcome this. On a car that's already through IVA, I don't off the top of my head recall it still being mandatory, BUT, total lack of a head rest/support could see a very minor shunt turn into something catastrophic for your head/neck. (We each have our own acceptable risk levels etc). Much better to add one. This type of seat is the Westfield Sports Seat. (Not Sport Turbo, just Sports)
