  2. The V8 nose cone was redesigned from a standard nose, in the very early ninties, to look more "modern" and incorporate the ducted air outlet from the radiator into the top, at the same time to help make the SEiGHT visually more distinctive, the slatted front was included as it looked less old school than the old metal grill. Ironically, however, the moulded in body coloured slats seem to have dated quite badly, visually, (and really flow badly, air wise, making them much more inefficient than the old grill). Whereas the metal f=grill looks more timeless, or you can use the hex pattern "Audi" style aftermarket grill material and have a much more contemporary looking nose, with the advantage that the hex grill flows even better than the old metal grill did. Just wish a grill less version of the V8 nose had been done, eventually, when it was realised how poor the slats were.

  3. I can't thank Iain and Karen enough for a completely smooth and perfectly executed collection and Delivery of my new to me Westfield SEiW from Glasgow to East Devon. I would thoroughly recommend IH Vehicle Logistics. They look after your car and treat it as if it was they're own.

  9. Digital tickets will be for sale from Silverstone, club members can benefit from purchasing club discount package tickets using the club discount code available shortly on the forum. I will add a dedicated pinned thread with all details once club display packages go live which is mid November I believe.

  12. I did a small amount of damage to the leading edge of my nose cone many years ago and instead of trying to match the gel coat color on the repair I had it sprayed in the way you are thinking. I think it looks pretty good. dave
