Managed to get out for a run today as I totally forgot to SORN the car. Lovely day for a spirited run I even managed to find some bugs to splatter on the front of the car.

Little Sunday morning blat to the Sir Peter Scott lighthouse in Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire. I had previously washed the car and put it away for the winter. Then Sunday morning came along with copious amounts of sunshine and the tax in place until the end of the month, so it had to be done! Unfortunately I now need to wash the car again as the roads were filthy... 🤣

Fitted these again from flea bay. No problem with mot. Significantly better than the previous halogen lights.

@Rednop1 Fitted these 5 years ago. Cost £65.79 from EBay, unsurprisingly no longer listed! No manufacturers name on them. Sidelight is between the two lower circular lenses. No problems at MOT, checked on beam setting device and pass ok, garage is thorough but Westfield friendly.

I took these photos a few days ago. It was about 35°F that morning but the sun was out. Just 24 hours later it was snowing sideways and we've gotten about 30 cm of snow since then. The car is safely stored inside waiting for the sun to come out and the temps to rise. The forecast looks pretty good for getting some more miles in later this week. Fingers crossed that the forecast is right. dave

Car having it's MOT at Four Ashes MOT centre between Wolverhampton and Stafford. Great Westfield friendly garage. Car passed thank goodness.
