  1. Thanks everyone for all the advice. I've ordered one from Westfield as it's has the same part number as the one on the original build paperwork. I've took the old one out. That was fun😤 I think there maybe some cursing going on when I refit the new one🤣

  5. That's strange. I find the forum the main benefit. Maybe that's because I'm still learning about my Westfield? D

  6. Calling all petrolheads. The winter is looming but it wont dampen our spirits. As a few of you may have sorned your cars for the winter me and Barry thought it would be good to have a social. We have decided to have a get together at this years NEC Classic car show on november 11th. Its a great time to visit the past cars we all dreamed of and support all the clubs, manufacturers and traders. Westfield sportscars has come a long way in a year and its great to show the brand and the wscc club our support by wearing our gear. Westfield sportscars may not be at the show but will in our hearts. The idea is to go together in our tintops or westies if you want too and maybe meet for breakfast prior to arrival at the NEC. It will be a great show and also will stimulate our brain cells into maybe improving our cars or garages over the winter. If we go maybe in 3s or 4s we can chip in for fuel and parking and also have a good laugh and build friendships in the process. Tickets can be purchased online prior and this is advisable as it saves a lot of queuing. If interested please reply here or message either me or Barry. Regards Martin & Barry Joint AOs East Anglia

  7. Haven't been in the garage for a few days... went in last night and found this. Believe it to be revenge for the leopard print steering wheel cover I put in her Z4......

  10. Any of them, including any of the vehicles in the pods (hover bikes anyone?) and of course Fireflash! Always had a soft spot for Thunderbird 3 though. He didn't go out much but when he did, it was space travel. Who wouldn't? 😄 And then of course there was Stingray. Cool as f... and Captain Scarlet, just as cool. Why aren't all fighter jets (and their pilots) modeled on the Angels?

  11. You might find that there are some members who visit the forum to read what others have posted, but don't wish to post themselves.

  12. Likewise, I actually like learning about other cars, I know my car very well, but not so much say an FW, and once an engine goes beyond the 80's I'm lost with EFI's and ECU's, so I learn a lot just reading, and occasionally poking my nose in where it's not wanted 🤣 - but that's how I learn stuff.

  13. Any ideas how we can get some of those 1000 over here, I haven't counted but guessing we may have 20/30 regulars to the forum. I know not everyone likes posting all the time ( I do but then I'm weird ) even if they just called in once a month or few months - not sure how we can do that , impossible I guess?.

  14. Congratulations to Adam Phelps (@phelpsa) our 2023 Speed Series Champion! His and his family's hard work developing their car over the years has paid off, not to take away credit from Adam, as he is an incredibly quick driver, able to beat out much more specialist machinery in the Westfield! Once again, a huge congrats to Adam, it was always going to happen!
