  1. We are returning to our very first meeting point to celebrate Christmas and the establishment of the East Anglia region which will incorporate Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. So it will be lunch at the Bedingfield Arms at Oxborough on Saturday, December 16th. Let me know very soon if you would like to join us. Barry & Martin - joint AOs

  3. I APPRECIATE WE DON'T WANT TO THINK ABOUT CHRISTMAS IN OCTOBER AND SOME OF YOU MAY BE PUTTING OFF MAKING A DECISION BUT THIS EVENT IS PROVING TO BE VERY POPULAR AND THERE ARE ONLY 6 SPACES LEFT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO COME, PLEASE DO NOT MISS OUT!!! Thought it would be lovely to meet up and celebrate the season so I have booked a private dining room at The Crispin, Great Longstone (not far from our regular starting point at Quackers) DE45 1TZ. The Crispin located here- MAP The room can seat up to 38 people so there should be plenty of room. I need to confirm numbers by the 17th November so please confirm as soon as you can. There will be a Christmas menu as well as a scaled down normal menu which is available on their website. Depending on numbers attending, we may need to decide what we are eating in advance so they can get enough food in! Looking forward to hearing from you all so I can confirm the booking. 😀 PS come in whatever car you like!

  6. As Barry has said it would be great if any of you would join us at the very first meeting place. Its a chance to meet up and have fun and hopefully meet some new faces all ready for the new year. The area has grown fantastically since the start and may it continue. Many thanks to Barry for his sterling efforts in getting us to the start of a new chapter. Martin & Barry Joint AOs

  10. Thanks Steve, hope to see you there. Hard to be exact with numbers, but I’ve booked a table for 15 at 9.30am. That should be plenty 🤞. Fingers crossed in the weather 🤞, go away Agnes! 🤣

  12. Well done @John Loudon - Sponsorship Liaison cracking run to get your first run off win, nice to see that the smaller engine cars can stick it to the big boys every now and then, fingers crossed for the remainder of the season and you end up with that top 5 finish.

  13. Welcome. My bet is it's the switch on the dash. They corrode up inside. Sometimes taking them apart and cleaning is enough but when mine went I just swapped it for one of the other switches that are defunct in my car. I don't have wipers, or heater, or washers etc so I just used the internals from one of them though I forget which one now. Check the connections of the wires at the back if the switch too, could just be a duff one

  14. I've just downloaded some stuff from my Go Pro, so here we go When we got to the Strines there wasn't a Westfield in sight Before we had parked up Robin and the Yorkshire boys turned up. Very soon after Julie and the Peaky Blinders arrived. After a cup of tea and a pee, Julie lead us out onto the road and away we went into the sunshine. Here's a couple of short video clips
