Westfield SEWidebody Vauxhall 2.0 16v C20XE 1998 build year with 14k miles. Set up now as a track focused road car, this has spent the majority of its time being used on track days. A very focussed nicely screwed together build with the benefit of that glorious Vauxhall 16v Redtop, which has been modified to now produce 205bhp. • Jenvey Throttle Bodies • Ported and polished head with upgraded cams • SBD Dry Sump system with remote tank • SBD Cam tensioner upgrade • MBE 967 ECU • SBD 4-2-1 stainless steel exhaust • Oil Cooler • Coolex 70mm core radiator – (brand new) • New hydraulic lifters in ‘23 • Brise motorsport alternator • 205bhp with rolling road print out • Type 9 gearbox with long 1st gear • Quaife LSD • Short shift gear linkage recently renewed • Playskool cage fitted 2019 • Complete new FW bodywork including V8 bonnet in 2013 • New Gold Revolution Minilites 7j front 8j rear wheels fitted with R888 tyres • GAZ dampers all round, fronts recently serviced with print outs • Lifeline fully plumbed fire suppression system with twin outlets • Immobiliser with push button start • Quick release Momo steering wheel • Tillet B5 carbon seats with Tillet mounting kits (brand new) • ’23 TRS 4-point harness on drivers side, standard Westfield on passenger side • Carbon dash panel • Acewell Digi dash • Carbon kick strips • LED headlights Correctly period registered with ‘Westfield’ on the logbook. ’79/V allows it to be tax exempt which is an added bonus! Suffered a bump in 2013 resulting in being classed a Cat D. This was bodywork only damage where the owner at the time opted to replace the whole body resulting in the fresh FW look. Those in the know will appreciate this is a non-issue. Two folders full of invoices, MOT certificates, literature and history etc. Car drives as you’d imagine, lightening quick and beautifully responsive. I purchased with the intention of a bit of mild hillclimb and sprint competition, driving to and from events, however, work and family commitments mean that this is no longer feasible. Hi Chris, you are of course very welcome to join our events which attract members from both Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. In fact, the Norfolk area could better be described as the East Anglian area! Our next event takes place on September 16th and is a run up to Old Hunstanton.

The Yorkshire area will be heading down to the Strines Inn multi area meeting on Sunday 10th September. We'll meet at the Red Kite on Denby Dale Road, Wakefield, WF4 3BB at 9:30, aiming to leave at 10am. We'll take the roads avoiding motorways and hope to get to the pub around 11:30. We'll be stopping at the Ye Olde Mustard Pot, Midhope Hall Lane, S36 4GW about 10:30 to meet Tony and anyone else. Hope this nice weather stays. If anyone wants to meet for breakfast first, me and @Marcus Barlow - Show and Events Co-ordinator will be at The Red Kite for 9. Let's make it a good one from Yorkshire.

On my bedroom window recently. It happens a lot but they are stunned at worst, and completely unfazed at best! Only a couple of smaller birds have met their makers; one or two finch sized ones and ironically a woodpecker! Oh, and the window cleaner came yesterday!

If i remember the tale correctly, they either bought the car or made an offer. They must have gained tenfold in advertising attention.

I would think it should be doing the National circuit in the low 1m 20's looking at the laptimes the ST240 does elsewhere. That will definitely feel quite rapid especially as a passenger! We were there last week pretending to be racing drivers ourselves 😂

We are hoping to be at the red kite for 9 . So we will have time for a breakfast.

Hello Everyone, I'm Gavin and my first post to introduce myself. I've been lurking in the background since September last year, but I've finally gotten around to fully joining today. I got my Westfield (first one) back in July of 2022 and I like to get out in it as much as I can, covering approximately 5000 miles. I absolutely love driving it, such fun! I'm based in Nottingham (just off junction 27) and pretty much since I got the car, I've been 'lured' into Rob's Notts & Derby group where we have an absolutely fantastic bunch of people. I look forward to getting involved here and catching up with some of you face to face.

That looks rapid! @HB46443 had a passenger ride in a Ginetta G55 race car at Donington last week and looked quite pale when he got out too 😂

My flight out to Italy is at 5:35pm, I might be able to attend if someone is willing to pick me up from Macclesfield 😄

What a shower this company is. After selling them on our Forum I sent my Race Overall's using them and guess what. Despite all the correct labels and insuring them they got lost in Transit. After hours of trying to use their horrendous website to claim my money back £125 plus postage and insurance so far after 7 weeks I have got nowhere. you cant speak to anybody and their complaints email seems to get lost and nobody replies. Their "system" and I use the word loosely ask you to provide proof of non arrival even though their own tracking system shows it as "IN TRANSIT" so I had to get proof from the recipient that he had not received it! Then they want evidence of the fact I sold it and at what price plus the original price I paid. At every step their review period of 5 to 7 days each time says they need more evidence. I have threatened to take them to the small claims court and even emailed the CEO of the company asking for help. His was response was to say he was no longer the CEO but thats not Companies House says !!. It's like Robbery. I do not know how they get away with it. Please spread the message so nobody else has to suffer what I have gone through.
