Welcome Norrie, have fun with your new car!
I’d check whether the current suspension can be adjusted enough to clear your villages speed bumps before necessarily buying new. It often doesn’t take much raising to do it. I’d also check to see what’s catching, underneath. Sometimes it’s something daft like the seat mounting bolts, which can usually be shortened a little.
If you do decide on new suspension, @DamperMan on here is well worth speaking to. His Spax packages are extremely well matched to Westfields, - he owns one, after all!
Finally on the suspension, once at a suitable height* with or without dampers, it will be well worth having the suspension geometry properly set up by a specialist. It can transform the cars handling, if it’s never been done.
*note there is an optimum height range for the suspension, so don’t wind things up too high!
