lovely day for a drive around Cornwall

I remember Chris Smith posting something on Facebook about the very early years of Westfield, and I found this: A post from Chris himself, the first Westfield 7. The NDH numberplate is correct, but it looks like the numbers might be different. No denying that the Westfield you've posted is an extremely early one, but might not be the first.

Been having some excellent views of the Sun, Moon and Venus recently. I caught a swift passing in front of the Sun which was quite cool. Took a video of the crescent Moon last night, don’t turn the sound up or you will hear my comedy Darth Vader impression, thought I was breathing very quietly too! 🤣 Swift passing in front of the Sun. The dark splodges are sunspots. Don’t try this at home without a specialist scope! Crescent Moon Venus at about half phase, it will slowly turn into a crescent as it comes round its orbit and closes with the Sun in the sky.

Hi all , with just over 10 weeks to go the event is full and we will not be looking for any more cars to join us , thanks for the interest in the event , if it goes well I may go again next year to mid wales

This looks a good idea, how do we translate it into cars? e.g. It's not so easy to point at the fuel tank when strapped in and visibility of both arms isn't so good in a car compared to a bike? I'm sure our very creative @HB46443 can come up with something-

Not fully in the spirit, but as a home worker, and part-time at that, this is the best I could do this week. Car sits forlornly in its garage awaiting a refurb of the latter. But some good weekend trips booked for it including Malvern on the Saturday followed immediately by Brooklands for the London to Brighton.

Ok, strictly not commuted to work yet, but I had to fill up for petrol before I can anyway, so agreed to collect my daughter from school and took an artsy picture whilst waiting for her

Went to the slot car festival at Gaydon today to get some spares for the clubs track ready for Malvern, but came back with this for myself. Probably the start of something!
