  1. Just want to say thanks to Jason and the others involved for taking the time to price up the TRS 'ultralite' 4 point harnesses. As some may know I ordered Scroth back in Oct and have just cancelled the order due to still waiting and went back to the drawing board. I was getting some expensive quotes so I messaged Westfield and within a couple of days they have contacted TRS confirmed a price and then listed them on the website at a very good price! https://westfield.s-erp.co.uk/shop/4611138-4-point-magnum-ultralite-fia-harness-black-10749#attr= Personally I've never had any issues with the parts dept and I'm pleased to see this will hopefully continue. Keep it up the good work👍

  3. Whilst the peak district may have been a little damp the last two days, it hasn't stopped my car getting unnecessarily excited under its cover! 😱

  4. Hello from Norway, I recently bought this car, and it sure looks good for being an 2002 model. It has 17.000 miles on the clock, and by the looks and condition of it, the car has been well served over the years. WM02AKV was the plate number in the UK. A folder was supplied, but I want to know more about this car. I have figured out most of the build details, but the car is supposed to have an LSD, and I cannot find any information about this. I think I have an overview of all the UK owners: - Mr. T. Burnal - Mr. P. Coombes - Mr. J. Binczyk - Mr. N. Peppard Does anybody know anything about this car or the previous owners? The car came with a WSCC key chain, but I have searched the forums and also Google with no luck. Can’t wait to drive this thing after a service and some fresh tyres! The Westfield Community seems so friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks in advance.

  5. Hello and welcome to the club! The last one you mentioned, Mr Peppard, was a club member (“Pepsi”) until June 2020. He didn’t post an awful lot but when he sold the car it had just over 16k in miles. Here’s a photo of it: The others were not club members. That’s all I can find! BTW… is that a Dodge Charger I can see in the garage?

  6. Meet at The Whitworth Centre, Terrace Cafe, Dale Road North, Darley Dale, DE4 2EQ at 10am for breakfast. We will go for trot round the Peak District and end up somewhere suitable for lunch/cake. The Whitworth Centre is 2 miles down the A6 from McDonalds, Matlock. So go past your usual McDonalds onto the usual roundabout to go straight on signed A6 Bakewell as usual. In 2 miles at the pedestrian crossing traffic lights you will see the beautiful, old building that is the Whitworth Centre on your left. At the far end of that building turn left into it's car park. It's easy peasy. Parking is free if you use the cafe, you record your registration number at the till, so ignore the parking meter. There is plenty of outside seating that overlooks the park, that's where we will be, who is joining us?

  8. Ahh @DIY-Siyou have been in Bakewell. The Rutland holds a good position as it is right on the roundabout and you can car spot whilst drinking coffee.

  9. Now in it's 8th year! May the 24th is the official National Drive Your Westfield to Work Day, which contrary to the title is actually a week where we encourage you to leave the normal daily driver at home and experience driving the Westfield to your place of work, raising smiles on both your face, and those who join you in the daily drudge. Of course, some of you may no longer frequently travel to a place of work (lucky you!) so like previous years, you can also get creative and get a picture of yourself with their Westfield! A selfie, a picture taken by a member of your family... as long as it is a previously unposted recent picture, everything is submittable! You have the week from the 22nd to the 28th to participate 👍 Have a look at previous years: 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2017. Sadly I can find nothing for the 1st year, 2016, so you just have to take my word for it

  10. Thanks you very much for the kind offer, but I suspect you'll want to stay longer than I will. I've already got the new slave, and have made a start on repairs and would like yoget some spanner time in tomorrow as well.

  11. Just didn't get time this week to get the tyres swapped over on the Westfield, or to be precise, fresh tyre valves fitted all round. Will hopefully get a chance after the open day tomorrow, if I do, I'll be there, if I don't, I won't!!!

  19. Due to finally blowing my clutch slave in Belper this afternoon, I'm afraid I will now be attending in my 3 series. I'll still wait in the same place, and do my best to tag along as I see you all come past.
