  3. Hi @Baz456 - Norfolk AO @snowy892 @Bigfoot @GaryD1971 @Bellyboy and anybody else that would like to come along. I have received an email from the organisers! They have asked me to confirm number of cars attending from our club. This currently stands at 6, so i have asked for 8 spaces. this should also give us space to put up a gazebo/chairs/popup table/picnic/etc. just in case we get cornered lol They say they have a new booking system this year, see below from the email:- "We are delighted to announce that you will no longer need to send out wristbands to your club members – this year will be introducing the ability for your club members to book online, in advance of the show. It our hope that this drastically speeds up your movement as you enter the show through the pay lanes. Each car club will be allocated an amount of space that fits in the number of cars you, the organiser, confirms you’d like to bring, and your members can simply book a ticket online, confirming the car club they are part of and show their ticket at the entrance to the show. Full details for how to book will be provided closer to the show date to all clubs that confirm they would like to attend the show." I will keep you informed when i hear more/when we have an allocated space/registered for attending. Then you can book your tickets Thanks Jason

  5. I’m heading to the Breakfast club and Haynes Museum in the morning, and suddenly remembered my flowery seat! With my new found sewing machine skills, I’ve finally given myself something a little less embarrassing! It’s a little more comfy too πŸ‘

  9. Many thanks for all your comments. As an ex biker myself I'm a great fan of using headlamps at all times - a practice I will now continue to use with my Westie.

  12. Another great night: @Russ Bridgewater & @David lear joined me for a dry run across to the Golden Pheasant. We were shortly joined by @Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman sounding like an A380 on take off, meanwhile @Andy Wallwork and @Westie66 were inside 'processing pies' and no doubt suitably embarrassed as neither had pedalled their Westfields the short distance to the pub. Next to arrive was @6carjon in possibly the 7th car and also not in his Westfield! He was shortly followed by @Greenstreak-Andy D who was happier than a 'pig in 5hit' because he's successfully recorded engine noise on his Insta360X2 action camera using an external mic. Finally @CherryTreeFW joined us and we were able to view his recent cold inlet air mods to his great FW Zetec car. We were also joined by @Nomad who is still shopping for his first Westfield. We also met a pair of 'Jockenese' lads who were staying in the pub overnight prior to a track day at nearby Oulton Park, in their Porsche 997 and an M3 track car, who were interested in our cars and us in the descriptions of theirs (they weren't with them). By 9pm, Russ, Dave and I decided to head for home and hopefully miss the forecasted wet stuff. We had a few drops but certainly not enough to soak us to the skin and didn't ruin a great evening.
