A very cold morning at Donington to watch the 750MC pre-season test/track day. We were glad of a hot cuppa or two at Garage 39! Loads of Locosts on track, amazing how quick they are with the little 1.3 crossflows screaming away, all about big corner speeds (and big cahoonas 😂). Some other interesting race cars also in attendance... A nice surprise was seeing the MK Sportscar guys with RLM testing a load of the new Cup 200's for the upcoming season. We took the opportunity to have good look round the cars, MK have definitely taken a big step forward on fit and finish despite the Cup 200 being for track only. They also seem very well sorted, planted through the bends and very quick on the straights 👍

Had a few hours cleaning and machine polishing. Can’t wait for some nice weather now to get back out!

Still waiting for diffff.... (service need to fabricate laser-cut special tool to those side crown-nuts ) had a spare not used motorcycle alarm-immobilizer , installed it in road Westfield Also added hidden switch which turns off the siren. And deeply hidden another switching off whole alarm. What else to do... have some ideas

Hi, Thinking about a French road trip in the spring. Maybe four nights to Normandy area. Does anyone have any recommendations for hotels etc that might be suitable - secure / safe parking wtc? Also, be interested in routes / places to visit etc? Any advice gratefully received! Thanks, S
