  1. Jobs done. DRLs look great and work well. Got them from Original Cafe Racer ebay shop. Lamp bowls from Car Builder Solutions. Simple enough to connect to the loom supplied with the new lamp bowls, and plenty of length to play with to the original connector. Original bracket cleaned up and minus the SVA cover, looks well too. @carbon-nv carbon wing mirror covers fit a treat. Nice and easy with some dabs of black Sikaflex 291i and then once that had gone off, a bead around the top edge to tidy up. Now to put some more miles on her!

  7. I have been working from my garden home office for 2 years now. TP link extender initially worked ok, but uploads were slow. Kids were constantly nagging the internet is cr*p. After consulting @Ian Kinder (Bagpuss) - Joint Peak District AO and @Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman i invested in a Deco mesh system, 4 units. Not had an issue and seems more stable to extender. Kids have gone quiet too! Andy

  18. First start of the year whilst I tidy the garage! Not overly happy with the hood fit, so I think a little tinkering with the frame is in order.

  21. Definaltely not Spax... The sticker is, (assuming they have not come from an ebay seller we turn a blind eye to.) but dampers are not Spax. They look like AVO or GAZ to me. Theres a lot of detail differences such as the knob, and top loop design which stand out as being AVO or GAZ. My bet would be GAZ.

  22. We use Deco P9 Mesh WiFi system which works very well. The house is old, quite large and with thick walls and it uses a combination of network over mains and WiFi to create a mesh network around the house. I also have one in the garage for camera coverage and a temp/humidity sensor and it again works well out there. We used to have Devolo adaptors but devices didn’t move easily between different adaptors, with the mesh network it is seamless as you move around the house. TP-Link Deco P9 Whole Home Powerline Mesh Wi-Fi System, Up to 6000 Sq ft Coverage, Dual-Band AC1200+HomePlug AV1000, Gigabit Ports, Compatible with Amazon Echo/Alexa, limited walls impact, Pack of 3 https://amzn.eu/d/2q6LDT1
