  5. Good to see you wanting to get out on track Mark Loton is a tricky hillclimb but if you take it at your own pace you would be fine. Several of us like sprints as there is a wider track and less scenery to put you off.

  7. Attention everyone who has very kindly responded to my attempt to resurrect the East of England area. I would like to suggest a date for our very first get together of either March 25th or April 1st which are both Saturdays. The location will be the Bedingfield Arms at Oxborough for lunch. Please let me know ASAP if either or both these dates are good for you and whether you will be travelling alone or with a friend or partner so that I can book the appropriate day and number of places. I look forward in anticipation to hearing from you! Best regards, Barry

  8. Hi not sure if this helps, but my son is a professional autobody repair and painter and his partner wraps cars for a living. The general advice they would give is wrapping is certainly cheaper than painting. However, wrap will pickup stone chips, marks etc easier than paint to some extent. You can touch paint up, but not wrap, without re-wrapping that panel. Assuming your car hasnt been painted already, the colour you see is a gelcoat, but can be easily paint matched by a good quality paint shop.

  9. Fun out today winter blatting lol, Ronald and Chrissie came along to Elgin for coffee where we met up with Barry and his lovely 265 cup leaving we had a spirited drive east along the coast before cutting off over the back roads to Turriff for breakfast here we were joined by John and his Elise and Paul with his MGF, suitably fed and after a wee blether we had a play along the back roads to Forgue, Bognie, Huntly, Lumsden, and Corgarf for coffee and cake 😃 From here we said goodbye to John and headed up the Lecht to do a few drive by videos then on to Tomintoul where Barry headed home and we came back home via Glen Rinnes, then it was a good wash down lol and sit down with a coffee. A cracking run , thanks all who made it
