  1. British summer time begins on Sunday 26th March and so does the Kent area monthly breakfast meet! This is the first one so be sure to pop along and support the club We are meeting at - Jo’s Cafe, Brooklands (next to the Raceway), Romney Marsh, Kent, TN29 9TF 1000hrs for a breakfast and meet and greet! There is indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of parking for the cars. We can discuss what you all want to do throughout the year and further plans and ride outs etc… We hope to see a good turn out for the first one. There’s enough time to get those odd jobs done and your cars all ready (hopefully the weather will have improved too by then). ☀️ Look forward to meeting you and seeing your cars. All kit cars welcome too Ben. 2. Tickets are now available for this year's L2B kit & sports car run, operated by Popup Car Shows. Its on Sunday 4th June, once again starting at Brooklands, and will be concurrent with the Classic Car Run and the Modern Classics Run, but all with subtly different routes. It was an enjoyable event last year when my wife and I took part for the first time, so I've already booked for this year and requested a 1000-1030 start time (it could be anywhere between 0830 and 1130). Anyone else thinking of taking part? More info here: https://www.popupcarshows.co.uk/

  3. So after the pre Christmas mishap at donnington I spoke with various people and weighed up my options 1 new carbon nose and bonnet but this is post brexit now so a major cost or euro trip to collect 2 glassfibre with a carbon wrap, nae the same but a lot more cost effective. then where from as no westfield parts dept….. so after speaking with Paul at mofast and forgetting about Christmas/ new year I placed the order for said nose and bonnet, 2 weeks into the new year and they’re ready so I arranged to take the Friday off work and headed down to Doncaster for Saturday morning collected the panels and headed northwards again stopped Saturday night at Bamburgh and visited the castle, up this morning and after a great breakfast headed home. 850 miles lol but great service as always from Paul and the quality of the panels is excellent , but now my dining room has eau de freshfibreglass 🤣 so hopefully between other commitments a couple of weekends should see them wrapped and fitted and the other “upgrades” done
