  1. A word of warning to Paypal users. I had an email apparently from Paypal this morning advising me that a request for payment had been received from some Italian sounding bloke for 699 pounds, and on checking my Paypal account the request was there awaiting approval. The Paypal fraud line number in the email turned out to be the fraud itself! After a long and increasing fraught conversation with some woman I decided that this probably wasn't Paypal's number despite the payment request appearing in my Paypal account. Eventually I cancelled the invoice request via my Paypal account, cancelled my credit card pinned to my PP account, and changed my PP password. The lesson is do not call the fraud line given in the apparent Paypal email if you get one. It's a clever scam and I nearly fell for it. The origin of the email was apparently Paypal and the links contained in it were to Paypal, not some gibberish address as is usually the case when you hover over them. A bit of research suggests this is new and the real fraud is the fraud line number which puts you through to what you assume is the Paypal security centre.

  2. My only experience of that part, is needing the combined investigative power of MI6, GCHQ, the NSA, CIA and probably NASA to actually find a phone number to them that worked!

  4. A great morning out along the coast, then met up with my daughter Sammy for lunch at Brodie country fayre and home as the light fades. Some really beautiful autumnal Color’s with the sun sparkling on them an absolute joy to be out and about

  5. Hi baz. Welcome to the forum and westy life. It may cost a bit on road tax but every mile with a smile is well worth it. Bellyboy

  6. October 1st, 2022 Spend: £35.90 Slowly going dark mode. October 5th, 2022 Spend: £7.00 When I fitted the seats I used some black PVC edging, but this kept on coming off, so this time I've used some edging that has better grip. Also went round the whole seat instead of just the sides. October 14th, 2022 Spend: £0.00 An empty garage for a few weeks as Jody at J A Kit and Customs is going to take care of Barney. October 23rd, 2022 Spend: £0.00 With the car out of the way I've got plenty of space to improve the garage. Spend some time in Fusion 360 and designed a hook and a deflector hinge hook that slots into my shelving. If you happen to have the same system, I've attached the .STL files below. Last month: £ 3315.42 This month: £ 42.90 ----------+ Total: £ 3358.32 garage shelving hook.stl garage shelving deflector hook.stl
