  4. Hi I am reluctantly putting my westfield up for sale due to change in direction! Would like to sell as a complete package with spares and trailer included etc my plan was always to sprint the westfield which after doing a couple of track days and sprints the bug has bit and I'd like to move on to something else so the westfield has to go to fund this unfortunately! Fully road registered (non q) Mot till July 2023 Standard gen 1 hayabusa Westfield dry sump system (pace) Wide track suspension Alloy uprights Nitron dampers Tillett b6 screamer seat (out of date but fine for sprints) Tillett alloy seat mount Trs pro light belts Image 3 piece split rims Avon zzs tyres (bought new last year) Freelander quaife diff Extra wide rear arches Carbon boot cover Carbon dash Carbon front cycle wings Tech 2 dash Fuel lab fuel pressure regulator Earls pro light aeroquip fuel lines Uprated fuel pump Westfield reverse box Radtec Alloy radiator Setrab oil cooler Twin master cylinders Front and rear anti roll bars Flatshifter paddle shift included (not fitted) The car gos extremely well and is very well set up for trackdays/sprinting etc it was at the wscc trackday in July where it performed without fault. Also spares included are Spare westfield bec chassis modified for full cage (no chassis number just how I bought it was always going to be a spare for sprinting or build up 2nd track car) Rear tub (non genuine but new) scuttle (non genuine but new) Std width rear arches (non genuine but new) Selection of cycle wings Rose jointed wishbones 2 10x13 rear wheels Freelander quaife diff (brand new) Carbon Rear bulk head Carbon tunnel sides Carbon tunnel top Carbon front bulk head top cover Modified standard airbox (if noise limits an issue) Larger silencer (as above) X2 westfield fiberglass seats with mounts X2 willans belts Will also come with Brian james clubman trailer so basically everything to go do some trackdays/sprinting please bare in mind this has always been a trackday/sprint car so although a very well presented car it's not a garage queen! 16k ono For everything Any questions or more photos please get in touch thanks for reading. Cheers Andy

  5. The time has come to sell Westfield, I’ve owned the car for over 10 years, with plenty of blood (usually knuckes, occasionally fingers), sweat, tears (usually my wife, although the Westfield is a longer relationship) and cash being put into the car over the years. The car started in cake spec, then as I started to get the track day bug, it developed into a seriously fast piece of kit. Which brings me to why I’m selling - I’ve discovered the joys of circuit racing and with limited time, space and a young baby something has to give. I’d really like it to go to someone who’s going to send it…and send it hard. Registered 2001 for those looking to export to Europe / elsewhere. I’ve only done 4 or 5 track days since the engine was built. Here’s the spec of this beast Bodywork Chrome yellow ZK bodywork Flared side panels V8 bonnet The bodywork is all designed to come off easily for access - the entire back end it removable for access to diff, fuel tank etc etc Rear tub is new Front cycle wings are new Scuttle is quick release Electrics Fully rewired in motorsport spec by Spark Developments New DTA S40 pro ECU to run the beast of an engine… New (ie this week) jack webb MSUK approved lithium ion battery Engine Professionally built by AP Racing Engines Oversized to 2.1 Forged Pistons Forged Rods Uprated bearings and rod bolts Uprated valve springs Cam designed to AP spec - it’s a race cam, not a cake cam 48mm Jenveys throttle bodies (It sounds ace) Raceline dry sump - you will have no worries about track day oil pressures with this car. Laminova water to oil oil cooler, I prefer these, they are expensive but bring the oil up to temp much quicker and hold it there. Big Alloy radiator from cooled to keep it all cool I rev it to 8000. It’s does 240bhp and will do more if you want to rev it higher, it should do 8500+ . Stripped, checked and given a clean bill of health by Ash Mason after 5 trackdays and not driven in anger since. The exhaust! How could I forget that work of art. Bespoke CSK race exhaust, full stainless system, bonnet exit and the largest can I could fit. Its a work of art and cost over £2k. Drivetrain Heavy duty type 9 built by first motion in Hatfield, with appropriate trackday ratios. I don’t use 5th tbh, 4th goes to just over 120 and as you see in the videos it pulls hard in every gear. Ratios: 2.83 1.81 1.26 1.0 0.82 Diff is a 3J NXG plated LSD with appropriate ramp angle and preload for a light car - it’s 535kg by the way. This was installed with the new engine, by PlaysKool motorsport. I much prefer this diff over an ATB, it’s progressive, predictable and still works if a rear wheel is in the air. Suspension set up by Clear Motorsport Brakes are CAT Racing 4 pots with brand new hawk pads that I haven’t even bedded in yet. Rears are the usual Sierra, with Ferodo DS Uno pads. Uprated larger and rare AP Racing brake master cylinder “Interior” GRP seats Carbon fibre tunnel Carbon fibre bulkhead Momo 270mm steering wheel (lovely) Quick release column Carbon fibre dash GRP Aeroscreen Full “Caged” roll cage, installed at their factory in Frome Wheels and tyres 13 inch CXRs, 185 front, 205 rear, R888R all round spare set of 13 inch mini lite reps with race wets for when it’s wet…obviously Anything else I’ve missed New fuel tank, new fuel pump, new fuel lines, I’m sure there is more I’ve forgotten which I’ll add as it comes to me. Summary This isn’t really a car for the cake tourers. Sure it will do that (and has) but Ive found it way too fast for the peaks. It’s an absolute weapon on a track and I’m sure it would be successful in the speed series if that was your bag. The money had been spent on the bits that matter - with pretty much one aim in mind… FUN. It’s fully road legal, although I removed the lights for track use - they are back on now, and I’ll be MOTing it shortly. Ill add pics and as soon as I can, but in the meantime here she is doing what she does best….staying in front of the track day gang. Oh yeah the price… to WSCC it’s £14,750. It’ll be up for more elsewhere but I’d like an easy sale tbh! BJ single axle trailer which is perfect Westfield size will also be available. @Simon Waterfall Syman84 Have I missed anything? 😄

  6. I’ve finally made the decision to sell my Westfeild due to a new project car coming available and I need funds for the purchase. This is the most reliable car I’ve ever owned and has never let me down. 2005 SEIW. 17000 miles. Caged Laser FIA cage. 2.0 duratec stock engine. Power 182/157. Raceline throttle bodies. Raceline sump. G60 sequential gearbox. Geartroniscs flat shift kit. AP brakes. AR1 tyres. LED headlights. Carbon parts inc, seats, cycle wings, dash, rear arch stone guards and engine cover. Spares include 5 wheels, original type 9 gearbox and clutch, various suspension parts and boot lid etc. With this spec it would make a great competition car. WSCC PRICE £16000 OPEN TO SENSIBLE OFFERS

  9. As far as I know, the very earliest copies landed around the weekend of the tenth, with the bulk starting to land this week. (I got mine mid week too). Please, give it at least another another week before letting Mark @Mark Redpath - WSCC Membership Secretary know. We know the Royal Mail side of the distribution system can take a few weeks to clear them through, (as well, annoyingly, as loosing some). They do go through the system in batches though from what I can see. So everyone receiving them within a couple of days even, is just not going to happen, it’s the nature of the system. Though post Covid world, issues do increasingly seem to be pushing that out to a fortnight, frustratingly.

  10. Thank you very much Ian, still can't believe that happened, enjoyed every minute 😊 Nice weather, awesome soundtrack (the F20 on throttle bodies is unreal), can't really ask for more 😊 Thank you very much again, has been a pleasure 👍🏻

  12. Blue one arrived here. Works well and love the colour. I do think I will find a use for both; the blue is smaller and only just covers the cockpit, the black covers it much more comprehensively so in worse weather/longer periods will be useful. I’ve never had so many umbrellas!! 😜😂
