  2. A few pics from last night: 'Crazy Farmer' with shorts nearly as dirty as my washed Alps Shorts, questioning @David lear about his lovely 47 year old Escort @David Bennett's lovely Zenos E10S The carpark was a lot busier when we arrived, hence the fragmented parking. We soon scared most of them away! Honda 'VIP' parking area

  3. What a great turnout we had tonight! The food was hot (and very nice!), beer was cold and we had plenty of laughs. We managed to take over half the car park with 10 stunning Westfields! Lovely to see you all and a big thanks from @Garry Bunn and myself for coming along πŸ‘

  4. Dear all, I have recently purchased a bespoke bag for my Westfield doors. I contacted Paul at 'midwater luggage' to make me a bag that fits 2 x doors, i gave him dimensions and a rough description of what I wanted and a couple of weeks later a bag arrived. Well impressed, now I can hang the doors up without being scratched, bashed or gathering dust. Speaking to Paul, he can make any type of bag, with/without padding, handles etc. Prices are very good indeed and more importantly, supporting a British company. https://www.midwater.co.uk/ N.B - I have no connections with Paul or Midwater luggage, just supporting a British Company who provides a great product. 5. My tickets and pass have arrived too. I expect to be there on the Saturday and Sunday. Haven't been to the Classic since our 30 year outing onto the track a few years ago and that was a great day so I'm really looking forward to this one.

  6. I've not used the indoor carcoons, but we've had the outdoor ones for a good few years. They're brilliant. I've a size 3 (IIRC) which is for my E36 BMW and the Westy is a bit lost inside it.

  7. As a business sideline, a friend of mine stores cars in two barns at his home. He has maybe 25 cars there at any given time, and keeps them all in these Carcoons. He swears by them. You don't need it much bigger than the car, so simply measure up and go from there.

  8. don't feel you've got to turn up bang on 7:30pm. Sometimes we go for a run, but it's normally published. .e.g. @Andy Wallworkturned up around 8:30pm.

  9. @Ian - thanks, I have only just been able to pick this up so not possible this time round. I will do my bestest to be there in Sept! My route home from work takes me within a mile of the GP but rarely - it seems - at a sociable enough hour! πŸ˜€
