Thanks all. I know their is lots to consider and these comments add real value to the finished model. The beauty of doing these as 3D printed is that I can make the basic model parameter driven to allow nuancing. I will get the basic design formulated. @Mark Redpath - WSCC Membership Secretary because you started this I think you automatically become the victim for test fitting paper templates

Toyo R888R 195/55/15 - Purchased New Done 80miles On Them (Dunsop Bridge RTN). My previous tyres were 50 profile, these are 55 and I didn’t think it would make much difference, but I don’t like the look of the car on 55 profile…. It’s a ‘form over function’ thing. The picture is when they arrived, they obviously don’t have the stickers/labels on now. I paid £350 in October 2021 (invoice attached) would like £150. Collection Only - FY8 Lytham Lancs.

My first experiences involved these…. and these….. We had a few film dubbing and editing suites as well. All 16mm stuff though. First bit of CGI I saw involved using a mainframe computer to render 1 frame at a time, then assemble-edit them one by one. Took a while, obviously, so they were usually set up to go overnight. More than once, I’d come in the next day and get called in to find a sad looking VPR-2 that had got fed up of passing the same piece of tape back and forth all night and had crapped out in spectacular fashion, sawing the tape in half, or just seizing up due to tape stiction. You youngsters with your fancy home-based NLE have no idea…. Ah, happy days.

Yep, they’re about as compact a caliper as you can get, often used with 13” wheels on Westfields.

When I first started you needed 3 VT machines and a great deal of skill! At the end, it was all computer based, Cinegy, Avid, Premiere Pro and FCPX. I much preferred looking after VT machines……

This explains the minor 3% difference in rolling radius. 10 mm ride height increase may help someone with sump clearance issues.
