  1. I remember you taking me for my first spin in an aero Westy. I think you would be a great driving instructor. I will never forget you making me touch the road and then saying donโ€™t ever do that when we are moving.

  3. Can't have a town theme without this one... I took over for a sick sound engineer one night, and I was put in charge, the group did this track and I got a few complaints the band were too blinking loud...๐Ÿ˜‚

  6. I suggested the same thing a while back, as you have an increasing set of owners it seems, you may have inadvertently offered to be the AO ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‘

  7. I highly recommend Le Mans Classic, I went 2018 its not as 'busy' as the main Le Mans, cheaper and an easier option for a first time visit.. Its normally every 2 years, it on this year and I'me going ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. Hi all, Been trawling through the website, and it's not particularly clear if there is a group for Surrey/North Hampshire owners. It seems there is/was a group that used to meet at the Parrot Pub every month, but I'm not sure if that still happens? Could anyone advise? If there isn't a group, can I suggest we start one? Seems there are a few people wanting the same thing? Maybe start a WhatsApp? Please don't let me be the only one ๐Ÿ˜…

  15. Haha don't apologise, if no one has volunteered then I will take it on, I guess I should have expected it. It isn't difficult to find a pub or a bacon sandwich and tell people where and when you're going. On a side note, is anyone going to the goodwood members meeting?

  16. Sorry, that's my fault , But we had someone else last year asking where the Surrey area met, and they don't because there wasn't an AO to set one up, I asked if they were offering to set one up and got no reponse.. PM Ian or other AO's and they will help you out, as I have no idea what's involved either. I am sure you will do fine ๐Ÿ‘

  17. I'm in North Hampshire (Kingsclere) and my closest group is Thames Valley which meets in Maidenhead. Others all further away but keen to know if better for me to get to or add to my fun days out๐Ÿค—

  21. Had great trips there in 2017 & 2018 (see- https://forum.wscc.co.uk/forum/topic/125196-le-mans-for-beginners-packaged-trips/#comment-1319583 ) Though Speedchills doesn't offer the same package that worked so well for us anymore. They provided secure camping with catering and toilet/shower blocks, given there's a limit to what you can carry in a Westie etc. This was 5 mins walk from the circuit.
