  3. Happy birthday to @Labrat, now don't be scared to show us your new toy, it sounds exciting and knowing you it won't be a new set of knitting needles 😃 @Andy Westwood is now pretending to suddenly be busy for fear of retribution for last weeks naughty behaviour, noted😁 The route has been set, we will be following the rules of the signpost pictured below despite that road being a stunner, but we can look forward to driving along it in October. Last time we did it we got covered in mud and it was misty/murky so we have it all to look forward to. For tomorrow, just driving down to the Goyt Valley and back out is a road/view not to be missed. Looking forward to it!

  6. The chassis is back home having been collected from paint earlier today. An absolutely superb quality job from the team at Maldon Shotblasting & Powdercoarting. Aftet much deliberation and not knowing the original colour of the chassis I opted for RAL7024 which is BS381C 671 Middle graphite grey; it’s the same colour used on many of the early Lotus chassis which Frank Costin had a hand in designing so I thought quite appropriate.

  12. Try downloading VLC media player - better than Windows media player also, I found that my 5 year old laptop wouldn’t play 4K video, despite it being Intel i7, 32Gb ram and 4Gb video card. It plays 1080p just fine. I’ll probably try a slightly higher resolution on Sunday
