  1. I am on holiday in North Norfolk, so today I met up with former Yorkshire AO Martin Van Zeller who moved here five years ago. Martin has back trouble so the Westfield had to go to be replaced like so many others with an MX5 😀 BUT Martin being Martin the 1.6ltr engine had to go, to be replaced with a 3.0ltr V6 Jaguar engine producing 270 BHP well done Martin and great to see you.

  2. Hello! This is my first post, long time lurker! I bought my first Westfield on Monday. An SEIW super sport from MatV on this forum. I've really fallen for the car, I'm using it to commute to work this week! 80miles a day. Looking forward to posting more on the forum. It's a great car can't wait to put my stamp on it. I'm in Maidstone Kent, I looked for an area meet but only saw the joint Essex/North Kent one? Alex

  3. I’m a collector of newspaper headlines that managed to slip past the editor’s desk, so I thought I’d share a few, one at a time. Hope they make you laugh as much as they did me. Let’s start: or even after a 20th birthday, in my experience.

    Yum

It was my turn to cook on the weekend, so it was a Westie-themed pie! To be precise it was a bacon’n’egg pie, which is very popular back home in NZ. Any caring mother teaches their sons this pie before kicking them out the nest – it’s a great batchelor’ meal, have it hot out the oven with spuds and veg/salad, and have the leftover pie cold for lunch the next day. Here's the recipe, if anyone wants to give it a go. Kiwi bacon and egg pie.doc
