Personally I find it's down to how much you want to pay and how much maintenance you want to do. EPDM costs 5 to 10 times the basic shed roof felt so got to question whether shed will survive 50+ years to make it worth it. Corrugated bitumen sheeting has issues when under trees but life 2 to 3 times the life of shed felt, torch on my favourite but quite expensive in comparison to shed felt, GRP felt similar and often same as torch on. EPDM, torch on designed for very low fall flat roofs and really over specified for shed slopes. I've got a shed roof with basic shed felt which has survived, under trees, for 25 years, although now getting tatty at corners. Another shed with torch on is great after 20 years and finally 1 with corrugated has had to be re-roofed after just 9 years due to tree attack. I would say a good quality shed felt well installed would be the best bet and expect approx. 10 years of trouble free life.

S 20 WSC cherished number for sale. Currently on retention certificate. Great plate as its 1 digit less than the normal XX XX XXX plates which makes a considerable difference to the front look of our cars (see photo below) as the plate can now fit the width of the nosecone rather than look look an "air-dam" I didn't run the smallest plate in the photo but mounted a 3/4 plate, with legal size letters onto my MickMade carbon splitter. I think it looked really well integrated. I had decided to keep the number for my next toy (and I'm still happy to do that) but I'm equally happy for another WSCC Member to enjoy it. The plate owes me £500 so that's my firm price. Thanks for looking.

With not much else happening in the garage right now while I wait for the welding on the chassis to be completed I’ve made a start on a few engine jobs getting it loosely built up.

Hi All My tyres have feathered like Two7 Brief History Car damaged a month ago ( my son, not me )upper nearside front wishbone snapped in 2. Replaced with new, and new one set to the same length as the old. I did a track day last Friday at Llandow in temps of 30oc plus, Llandow is a right hand circuit basically an oval with a couple of chicanes. The car operated faultlessly and stuck to the corners like glue. At the end of the day noticed the wear on the near side front as shown on the photo, little bit of wear on off side but nothing significant. Question is : is this wear normal or is my suspension geometry out. Cheers Paul

Hi , im new to this and have a few questions , be blunt no offence taken ! Do I just go ahead and book as a camping kit car driver or do I book in association with the club? Is there opportunity to put car on WSCC display stand? is there any help needed as I’m going alone and I’m happy to help set up and/or be present on the stand through out weekend? thanks rich
