  3. Washed and waxed and taxed. Had planned on using it for work tomorrow but 6am start. Don’t think neighbours would be impressed with me setting of at 5-45am 🤫🤫

  4. Despite a trip to the coast yesterday I didn’t have a chance to take any photos so had to make do with some in a local sports ground for now. Have changed my shifter over to a short shifter which has improved it no end despite the noise! Thinking of trying to get an rac roll bar next but quite like having inertia reel seatbelts as well?

  7. Common ailment known as Westfield Nose, stops you from breathing at speeds over 60 mph. ^ This. Perspex side screens cures it. I haven’t driven with doors since I got the side screens. So do some of the owners... or maybe one or two of the owners choose aero screens and wear full face helmets because they’re ugly and don’t want to scare small children? (Not you of course @Rush Motorsport )

  15. Welcome we don't have a dedicated Kent group but we have a duel Essex and North Kent group we tend to meet in Essex but also have started meeting in Kent but the lockdown put a spanner in this at the moment. The intension is for the meets to be alternating between the two County's. There are two of us from Kent who regularly attend the monthly meets we usually meet up at Dartford then pop over/under the river, your of course welcome to join us if you want it's very relaxed and informal we are lucky enough that some other area's some times come along as well. Cheers Barry

  17. I knew my hi-pressure sales tactics would pay off -Jeep now sold. I hope it's as good to the new owner as it has been to me. ...and I'd be much happier if it had been the Merc driving away this afternoon and not the Jeep.

  22. Out of hibernation. I didn’t use the car as much as I wanted last year. I spent Friday doing a few odd jobs on it and getting it MOT ready. New headlights, 5.25 “ from 4”, push button to start, fan on Manual switch as well, cooler thermostat. Sadly found the rad has a little hole although nothing came out just there has been some escape in the past. Tempted by Radweld.... Had a quick spin around the back of work after adding a little petrol.... resulted in the fuel cap falling on the floor and immediately a EuroCar parts van running it over..FUkd.... I ‘ll leave the MOT until next month I thinks .

  24. In terms of numbers, the lower number = more grip. 80-100 is trackday or wet whereas 200+ is road use. (Generalisation)
