  5. I like the green hints. I was 50/50 on pink or Kawasaki green for my rear arches and nose. I'd have both if the Broom Pilot would allow and then could swap periodically!

  7. Ali’s(wife) brought a special edition Monster Yamaha that has some trick bits. She’s been madly in love with vale Rossi for ever so she just had to have this car 😟.

  8. I agree, they are fun, whilst some will laugh I have had mine for 4 yrs now and not had one issue. I have the Competizione, this is different in quite a few ways compared to a standard(ish) one. It has larger turbo, different map, Sabelt seats, Koni shocks, Brembo calipers with floating discs (all overkill) and the Record Monza exhaust. On the verge of selling it as its done 2000 miles since January 2020, my 'normal' mileage would've been that in 2 months. You may find it just has a slightly different map to improve driveability.

  10. James Hunt at Thruxton in 1975 signing autographs and about to give a demonstration run in the Hesketh Formula 1 Race Car. The third photo is Lord Hesketh (Thomas Alexander Fermor-Hesketh, 3rd Baron Hesketh) stood by the car and the sole backer of the team without any other sponsorship. Towards the end of 1975 Lord Hesketh withdrew his sponsorship of the team and James Hunt moved to McClaren where he replaced Emerson Fittipaldi and became World Champion in 1976. Can you imagine Lewis Hamilton taking his Mercedes to a local club circuit for a demo! Jenson Button did bring his McClaren to the streets of Frome just down the road from me and did donuts in the street in 2013 I will try to find some photos.

  12. Very pleased with the results, 210bhp (183 at the Wheels) and 154 lbft torque. Not bad from an old 1.8L Silvertop. Needed a new Fuel pressure regulator as the old unit was the cause of the poor running. Brilliant service from NMS and much less than I expected to pay out. The Westfield is now a new car, my first impression was pretty much F#$k me it's a weapon it just pulls and don't stop.
