Good work! We set off a similar alarm in the underground carpark beneath the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart in 2019! Not surprising with how long it take to get 4 Westies moving with steering wheels, harnesses bluetooth headsets, satnav's and phones etc.5 points

Got a new alarm system in the house with an extra sensitive CO sensor in the garage where my gas boiler is situated. Problem is that’s where the wee car lives, so I had to devise a bypass exhaust extension. I was able to fashion this over a few weeks by trial and error out of my eBay habit. My experience might help others in same position, or just to avoid CO poisoning when running the car in their garage. Parts: 2M length of wide bore silicon flexi pipe ”L” bend wide bore silicon pipe Reducing silicon adapter for inside flexi pipe and L bend high temp silicon to seal inside pipes Clamps and large jubilee clips to secure pipes and L bend to exhaust edge The above setup now allows me to work indoors with doors shut if engine is running without setting off CO alarm.👍 pm if anyone wants more info.4 points

Please can I ask if you have a picture of how the bar fits on top of the U channel and hood material. Thanks1 point

The first photo shows the rail prior to flattening the end and putting a curve to it to sit on top of the screen. the bar sits on top of the plastic’U’ channel and the hood material. Just stops it flapping and I find keeps the rear straps taught. Did same on my last Westfield which had a RAC bar. Works surprisingly well. Andy1 point

Just posted on the bookface page Following the UK Government announcement and published roadmap yesterday, the suspension of all trackdays on MSV circuits has had to be extended until Sunday 28th March. Accordingly, any MSVT events scheduled to take place between 8 March and 28 March (inclusive) will now not go ahead. We are very hopeful that things will return to “as normal as possible” quickly and are very confident that activities will recommence from Monday 29th March onwards, when the guidance permits outdoor sport and recreation. All customers affected by this news will be notified by email very shortly. Credits for all cancellations will be processed automatically and allocated onto MSVT accounts ready for re booking by the end of tomorrow. Please keep an eye on spam/junk folders. How do credits work? At the point we cancel each booking the full value credit will automatically load onto your MSVT account for re booking online. No following automated email is sent. When booking your next track day the credit will be there waiting for you at the "checkout" to redeem. The amount will then be deducted from the balance before payment card entry. Please check the amount is correct before completing your booking. Our phone lines are extremely busy and we continue to operate on reduced staffing levels – please avoid calling if at all possible. Once we have finished sending notification emails and systematically issuing credits we will then be able to answer queries. Thanks for your support and understanding and we look forward to seeing you on track again v1 point

Sorry to hear that, at least you know where you stand now. You never know, he may come back to you in a couple off months if he still hasn't moved it on?1 point

Thanks everyone. Had a good day working on the Little Beast doing the long outstanding jobs. Changed the front arb drop links, stuck on the carbon wing mirror covers and played electrics. Now for stew and dumplings followed by trifle.1 point
