My neighbour was at Williams in the eighties when he left he was given a car cover for his own car. He sold the car some time ago and he noticed I was messing about in my garage with my Westfield so he gave me the cover which he tells me was the workshop cover from the1983 Monaco GP winners car of Keke Rosberg or maybe - anyway I think he is correct.

Got the Megablade on track tuesday , Managed to get the best day weather wise was great fun and i now have a lost of winter jobs to improve it for next time .

i suppose it depends on how fast you want to go.. fast? you need blue.. very fast? you need blue with gold stripes for that, super fast? then you need blue with gold strips and red pin strips, Effing ballistic ? then for that the only choice is blue with gold stripes, red pinstriping, gold wheels, and red seatbelts.. The end 🤣

I expected Frank would take a bow but didn't realise Claire was going as well. Definitely the end of an era. My formative years of being a motorsport fan were pretty much founded on following my favourite drivers across both McLaren and Williams. I've always had a real soft spot for them as a team and hated seeing them floundering so much recently. I hope the new owners can push them on to success but it'll feel weird not having a 'Williams' somewhere on the pit wall.

Sorry Paul, I have no Zetec spares at all apart from a few used cambelt idlers.

While I was on holiday in Barcelona last year, I came down with a case of the flu. It quickly got so bad that I realised I needed medical assistance, so I called down to the hotel concierge. ”So sorry to hear that,” he said, “but don’t worry, I’ll send the hotel doctor up straight away.” Within minutes, the doctor was in the room and checking my symptoms, eventually giving me some meds to ease my discomfort. “Anything else?”, he said. ”No thanks - I can’t believe this place has its own doctor!” He smiled at me and said, “No one expects the Spanish inn physician.”

A little test run out yesterday to Blithfield after a morning sorting a fuel starvation issue on my mates MEV. Removing the crappy in-tank filter from the Focus fuel pump and replacing with an inline filter seems to have solved the problem 👍 Amazingly no leaks and it didn't catch fire 😂

The grandson isn't quite big enough for a booster seat yet! 😂
