Put the kettle on, you might be a while, a lot happened. Andy Westwood showed us his new, hinged, half doors which he says are great and recommends them A Caterham parked up with us next to Andy, his club met at 7am this morning in the North of the Peak District and were wizzing around somewhere, it was too early for him so I invited him to join us and gave him a card, a local chap from Derby, nice bloke. Ian, Rob and Lewis, Andy R in the Porsche and Bill swanning around in a BMW somewhere 20 and 21 inch wheels, this car was massive, it dwarfed ours Nope, no engine in there Ian I think there was a radio in here, that's what it looks like, certainly not engine-esque We all had a good look around this beautiful machine, what a stunner and what a lucky guy Andy is, thank you for showing it to us After drinks, breakfasts and catch ups it was time to motor. With the weather being so good we decided to do the Square Route of Buxton. Turn after turn after turn, wow wee There is a story, to cut a long one short @Trevturtle and Kirsty were meeting us on their cycles ( they were on hols locally in their motorhome) and they needed an onion, so I bought one along for them, only they didn't quite make it, don't ask. After a good run we finished at The Bull I Thorn It got messy here, see that lemon and blueberry cake at the back? well we wrote it off! it is no more It was busy, that's why we were scattered around the car park, so we got our own table going on, away from everyone else, not a bad little spot See, messy, this is our Cake-Meister Rob had an argument with his exhaust a couple of weeks ago, he lost, ouch A Citroen 2CV pulled up and I just have to show it to you With Trevor not coming we tried to cook the onion, it felt warm enough Andy's Porsche rear, 0-60 in 3.4 seconds, he kept up! Chris and Mo were to meet us for lunch, they called to say they were late, meaning they got the 'Magnet Award' as their headlight had fallen off. Rob proudly presented it to Chris now that his anti roll bar is secured. Never a dull moment. Chris and Mo made it in time for lunch and 'Yorkshire Salad' (chips) I bought the onion home, it's a sorry day when a girl comes home with her own onion. Hope the BBQ is tasty tonight without it. Thanks for coming everyone and see you next time xxxxx6 points

"Pedal faster, or the onion gets it!" The best answer phone message I've heard...we did laugh. To misquote Les Dawson slightly..." we arrived at the right place, but not in the right order" Glad you had a good day... kirsty sighed a lot and gave me one if those looks. Regards iamlost4 points

I managed to run away with Bag Puss's steering wheel, setting off the devilment amongst the group. When it was time to go I sat in my car, put the immobiliser in it's socket and STOP no ignition key! The whole bunch of keys were there but NO IGNITION KEY. Now I felt like Ian when he sat in his car and didn't have a steering wheel. Glen kept a straight face as I, well I what? did what? where do you look? I went across the car park to tell Chris we weren't quite ready to leave yet!! Andy R had already left and I thought it strange that he went in the opposite direction to his home, next thing he turned back into the car park and held my car key in his hand saying, 'looking for something madam?' They were all in on it the little rascals😀😀😀4 points

Another brilliant day, loved the route through the Cat and Fiddle! I must say I'm very jealous of Andy's Porsche, it's one stunning car... Need to check my lottery numbers tonight! Sorry Chris had to receive the "magnet of shame", I wonder who's next.... Does losing an ignition key count!? 😂 Lewis managed to get loads of photos along the way... I also managed to convince my Mom to go for her first passenger ride when I got home... Despite being in her 70's she's still a speed freak and loved it 😁2 points

IIRC it was Eric Morecambe with Andre Previn, or Andrew Preview as they called him! 😂1 point

Well it didn’t go bang!! So that’s a result in my books !! And if it’s not leaking oil it’s better than mine at the moment, and it’s running so that’s better than Martyn’s!! So winner / winner 😉1 point

Earlier Kit Bodywork, depending on car model, could have loads of differences around the tank/fuel pump/filler area, compared to current much simpler ZK’s. Many of the non-full kit Zetec models, for instance, used an in tank pump, complex breather pipe/filler neck arrangement, often with carbon canister, and had a flushed in, vented, filler cap. Unlike ZK’s, which have an external pump, very basic external vent, with roll over valve, and a surface mount, non-vented cap.1 point

I'm pretty sure mines 3" pcd 6 bolt mounting, 51mm to 57mm stepped fuel hose neck. I'm surprised your filler is 3" to 4". Maybe you could use a hose for the step change.1 point

Looks like you already have a couple of options but I'm thinking of changing my original WF silver one to a black one. Full kit including two keys.1 point

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/262238386819 I believe there was a thread on here some time back that recommended this one, believe it was noted that it is shinier than the original.1 point
