  1. Heard a Dr. on TV saying in this time of Coronavirus staying at home we should focus on inner peace. To achieve this we should always finish things we start and we all could use more calm in our lives. I looked through my house to find things I had started and hadn't finished, so I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Chardonnay, a bodle of Baileys, a butle of wum, tha mainder of Valiumun srciptuns, an a box a chocletz. Yu haf no idr how ****** fablus I feel rite now. Sned this to all who need inner p***. An telum u luvum. And two hash yer wands, stafe day avrybobby!!!

  4. Not at all... they were showing a 6.75 engine when building the v8 4 litre... no wonder Volksvagen has emissions issues if we try to pass a 6.75 engine with the same emissions of a 4 litre... 🤣🤣

  5. I also enjoy exploring multi-genre music, where different genres intertwine. Moving on from Kauan, a Band originating in Chelyabinsk, Russia and singing in Finnish..... To The HU, a rock band hailing from Mongolia singing in Mongolian incorporating traditional music. The band’s name The HU, is the Mongolian root word for human being. Influenced by rock bands such as Foo Fighters and Slipknot (I can't hear the Slipknot connection!), they call their style “Hunnu Rock”… inspired by the Hunnu, an ancient Mongolian empire, known as The Huns in western culture. Some of the band’s lyrics include old Mongolian war cries and poetry. The HU combines Rock Music with traditional Mongolian instrumentation like the Morin Khuur (horsehead fiddle), Tovshuur (Mongolian guitar), Tumur Khuur (jaw harp) and distinctive traditional guttural throating singing. Their first album is called The Gereg, the word Gereg was used as the first Diplomatic “Passport” by the Mongol empire during the time of Genghis Khan.

  6. For a while now I've been exploring Scandanavian Rock (the top countries for Metal bands per capita ratio are 1-Finland 2-Sweden 3-Iceland 4-Noway) A short while ago I managed to get hold of an LP I’d been wanting for ages – only available on vinyl and limited availability from a record label out of Finland. The music link I’ve included below isn’t for the LP recently purchased above, but of the same Russian/Ukrainian band Kauan’s greatest work ‘Sorni Nai’ The 52-minute single-song opus chronicles the expedition of nine doomed hikers who mysteriously died—killed by an “unknown compelling force” according to Soviet Army investigators—after disappearing in a blizzard in the Ural Mountains in what came to be known as the Dyatlov Pass Incident. This incident happened on the night of February 2, 1959 on the east shoulder of Kholat Syakhl Mountain (meaning Mountain of the Dead). Specifically, it was in a pass known as Dyatlov Pass, being named after the groups leader, Igor Dyatlov. The Dyatlov Pass incident occurred during the rule of the Soviets over Russia and although there were no eyewitnesses or survivors to what actually happened the Soviet army did investigate the incident and locate the bodies of the 9 hikers. Soviet investigators at the time determined only that a “compelling unknown force” had caused their deaths. For 3 years after the incident, 1959-62, the Soviets forbid access to the area to skiers and hikers. When Soviet investigators went looking for the hikers who failed to return on schedule they first found the hikers tent that was apparently cut open in the back with a knife. The hikers appeared to have fled through the hole without their shoes, some wearing only socks and others barefoot in the heavy snow. The investigators found all 9 bodies at the edge of the snow covered forest. The corpses showed no signs of struggle, however, two of them had fractured skulls, two had broken ribs, and one of the hikers was missing her tongue. According to investigators 4 of the victims’ clothing had substantial levels of radiation detected on them. What is great about this work is that the story is conveyed without having to understand/translate the lyrics. It reaches the heights of cinematic musical storytelling for the band, taking the listener through the innocent, idyllic outset of the hikers’ journey to the crushing, catastrophic end through varying tonal moods and vocal impact. Give Sorni Nai a listen!

  7. I got a text message from 3 saying that there would be a RPI related price rise on my plan..... 2.7% they said, I shouldn't whinge too much as I've got unlimited everything for £20 a month on a sim only plan..... BUT I haven't had a pay rise in who knows how long and I haven't worked since the 28th Feb so why should 3 have one..... A telephone call has been made and the pain of having to deal with a man in Delhi or some such place over the most horrendous VOIP I've ever experienced seems to have paid off.... 10% cheaper, that's a win in my book. Anyone who wants the same deal can log onto compare the market and see it, it's with 3 and it's £18 a month for 12 months, that gets you unlimited everything on a sim only deal. A very bored and totally fed up with DIY Nem....

  10. Yes I can tether (Hotspot), they used to limit tethering to 30gb a month but not sure on this new contract until I've read the t's & c's, I know when I first had my Audi with built in hotspot connectivity 3 didn't understand how I wanted to use it so I got a Vodaphone data sim for a fiver a month, but the coverage was awful and even when I'd got a reasonable signal the data throughput was really low. 13. I’ve had mostly a positive experience at my branch of Tesco, the queue goes down relatively quickly, if you time if right there’s no queue at all, And when there is a well spaced queue it goes down quite quickly, the trolley boys are disinfecting the trolleys as they bring them back to the front of store. I do scan as you shop so I’m picking my bags as I go, no checkout needed. The only thing that lets the system down, Joe Public, self centred, ignorant minority who don’t follow the arrows, don’t observe distancing and not giving one moment of thought for anyone else as long as they are not inconvenienced. ‘I’m going to stop now because I could write a novel with my gripes. 😡😉

  15. That whole scenario sounds... ridiculous. Better off shopping as normal, getting your stuff and out of there asap by the sounds of it! I go to a smaller shop towards the end of the day. No queues, no problem, just a few bits out of stock. I tried to go to an Asda in the middle of the day last week, queues all round the car park just to get into the store. Mental.
