Cheers one and all! Fine dining (pizza hut) was had with good beverages (Diet Coke) and good company (All the family)...best bit was the Blatt round the locale before with the eldest Son, slightly damp roads, but fun anyhow.

A few of us visited and stayed in Guarda. The roads are magnificent and the climb to the village has the most beautiful views throughout. The hotel we stayed in was ultra modern and the finish of everything inside was absolutely first class. The owners told me that the hotel was built by local craftsmen from the village. The hotel was so modern but a few paces away you entered the 16th century village. These is certainly an atmosphere about the place and if you are in the area it is definitely worth a stopover.

The March club night at the Tudor Rose will be another of the very popular quiz nights. Mary will again be quiz mistress, aided by John, so should be as entertaining as ever. Prizes too. The conservatory area has been reserved for us but be there early to bag a seat. Tuesday, 3rd March, quiz starts at 8.30ish.
