Think it's the swap to the shiny exhausts is getting me all silver-fied 😆 I think it suits it though.

If it gives you any comfort, my first "technical" post on here after buying my Westy was "where can I get the oil changed". That was four years ago and last year, with the help and support of the members, I completed an engine swap. I also considered myself to be hopeless with the practical stuff, but Westfields are so simple and there is such a great knowledge base here, I wouldn't let the need for a bit of tinkering be a factor in any decision to buy one of these briliant cars.

This one's now got a green flag on Javelin's website.. less than 20 places left. It's obviously going to fill before we get into a reliable weather forecasting window.. so have taken the plunge .. risked it for the proverbial biscuit etc etc .. and have booked on. Discount code didn't work for me. Contacted Javelin and they say that the latest code I used is invalid. … and to contact the club for the latest one? ..so presumably they've sent us an updated code?

I've just been taking a chill out break from sitting at the computer working.... Wouldn't say a favourite album, but arrived in the post yesterday and on first listen it's a good 'proper' Long Player / Album that pulls you along a story that captures you from start to finish. Demands listening to as a whole piece, not a jumble of unrelated tracks. .... this album brought this thread back into my thoughts so here you are!
