I've had so many over the years... Does beer and wine count!? Loved skateboarding as a kid, I still do occasionally but a 6ft 5, 17st old bloke on a skateboard gets some strange looks, not least from the Mrs! ๐. Did Karate for over 15 years and was the midlands men's open weight champion at one point. The flexibility has come in useful shoehorning myself into the westie! Got into RC buggy racing as a kid and still have 6 electric and 2 IC cars, plus 2 planes and a helicopter (boys toys!). Played badminton to county level for many years and I'm still handy enough to show the kids up ๐ Was massively into running, being out most days until my early 40's when my knees cried enough so then invested in some golf bats... spoiled many nice walks and played in a few sandpits for a few years ๐. Love walking in the hills and mountains, having done the usual Ben Nevis, Snowdon, Scaffell etc. Go to the cairngorms every couple of years, and I've done the 3 peaks challenge for charity a few years ago. A couple of years go I decided I'd get back into cars again by steadily upgrading a 2003 Mini JCW into a handy little road and track weapon before taking the plunge into Westfields this year (my current hobby!). Oh and I used to surf, but being too old and fat for the "pop up" I now bodyboard every year.... I look like a whale in a wetsuit these days but it's the next best thing to surfing for real... that is until Greenpeace try and drag you back in! Gets very painful when they try and clear your blow hole! ๐๐๐2 points

Meet at Sainsbury's Matlock, DE4 3SP, 10.30am for a run around the Peak District sampling the great roads, delish food and yummy cakes, don't forget the views, we will have plenty of those as well. Weather is set fair and it's a barmy 6 degrees, yep, not balmy, barmy. Club members, are you barmy enough to join us?1 point

I started building a Toylander Scout for my son's 4th birthday, didn't get it finished in time so it's still in the back of the garage. He'll be 26 soon, must get on with it.1 point

I'll try and be there if I get the car back together in time! Making the most of gardening leave by fitting a quick release wheel and removing/repainting the roll bar... The back end is in bits and while the new boss is fitted the new Momo (different PCD for the new boss) is currently due for delivery Friday or Saturday ๐1 point

You do not need to enter 10 rounds to be placed or win a trophy All classes already have more than 3 people entered so we should be ok1 point

At the end of the season, if there is a tie, the decider will be the largest difference in points scored by the individuals against the second placed competitors in their respective classes, and if still a tie, then based on the difference in scores to third based competitors in their respective classes1 point

Itโs not likely to trouble me but as written I have no idea what A means. I understood B though ๐1 point

Ha! Different schools of thought on that. My feeling is that Iโm more likely to catch a knuckle on a plane blade, or damage it with something, if itโs on its side. Putting it on a wooden surface wonโt do it any harm. Apologies for making you feel nauseous though!1 point

Very impressed, Can you just put your plane's on there side's please, its making me feel ill๐1 point

For me itโs competitive target rifle shooting (think of it like long range hole punching), which I still manage to do to a decent standard (eg County and International). I also still consider myself a surfer. I grew up in Guernsey and was nuts about surfing as a teenager - Iโd go out in all conditions all year round. I still love it but rarely get to do it nowadays. More recently Iโve been getting into woodworking. Iโve collected a few machines but want to do some proper hand tool work. Iโm currently finishing off a workbench...1 point

Apart from spinning my Wez on roundabouts I am a traveller, as opposed to a camper. I spent 3 months travelling Europe on my own trying to get my head straight in 2018. I'm off again soon, Holland and France for a shorter period this time, a month maybe. Also been folk singing since I was 12, play the bodhran badly, also a bit of ole time music hall and war songs, tried rock but left it too late! Photo, me on the pyrenees on the anniversary of Brian's death. Sensation seeker according to a shrink!1 point

Everything Gary said above plus. Lots of places are shut on a Monday. I would try to stay on country roads where possible and go through villages etc. France is a big place and I found some of the main routes nowhere near as interesting as getting off the beaten track. Dont forget to drive on the other side of the road.1 point

We felt like two naughty school boys too! A very astute observation! Here is the Marcos at the body shop. I removed the first 9 coats and the experts took it back to what you see here. There were two areas of rot, in the driver's footwell and in the boot. Plywood and epoxy made a good repair. The only metal is the front engine frame which I had powder coated. The car had spent 18 years in a barn and was in remarkably good condition. It is penetrating rainwater that kills them off. Best wishes to you all John1 point

Those are cool! up until last year I was a drummer in a gigging band, but Iโm also a Freemason and it was my year in the big chair, so it all got a bit busy and the band had to take a back seat. Iโve also got my Camaro that I take to weekend shows during the season. My latest venture this Christmas has got me back into computers after a 20 year break Iโve gone back to the Windows dark side! Iโve just built a gaming machine with more lights than Blackpool! One of my more sensible mid life crisisโ s work is a bit of an inconvenience ๐๐1 point
