The majority don’t need a medical to compete in sprints and hillclimbs anyway unlike circuit racing, so the vast majority don’t benefit from this at all. MSUK don’t seem to think that Sprinting and hill climbing is grassroots motorsport. I would disagree. Whilst there are some wealthy people spending a lot of money they are by and large in the minority. The majority of us run on a very limited budget and sprinting is where I would think most people start in competitive Motorsport
