Just a quick appreciation to the Parts team, after my last slight rant about WF. Ordered a part on Sunday night, it arrived and was fitted by midday on Wednesday, and that's with the Bank Holiday. Postage was much more reasonable also, it's a great improvement. Well done Patrick and the team.6 points

One of our well loved members, has a mild mannered passenger (who never drives their Westie). He had a previous life in advertising and world wide adventures. I've been sworn to stay silent for too long and can no longer keep his exploits secret any longer. I suspect I'll be stonned to death by cakes shortly........ After many years of secret filming I will now share the adventures of Tango Man: More to follow over future weeks, including Tango Man's other worldwide travels, and more recent adventures closer to home............3 points

Such a shame after all that development time. I hope it finds a good home.1 point

220hp per tonne is equivalent to 154hp for an average 700kg Westfield, and there is plenty of Zetec Westfields lighter than that, and gruntier than that. For 270hp, what is the 0-60 for your current car? What a given Westfield may lack in top speed, sure makes up for in throttle response, noise and drama!1 point

Hi all! After about 40 years hankering after a sevenesque car, I finally took the plunge at the weekend and I'm the very proud owner of a gorgeous Westfield! I've always been a petrol head and have recently put together a track day R53 BMW Mini (that my eldest is now inheriting). Being 6ft 4 I wanted a wide bodied car and ideally a 2.0 zetec or redtop, and I also like the more modern cycle wing look. After much searching, I finally found one I fell in love with, a '96 SEIW in yellow and carbon fibre with a 2.0 blacktop, twin 45 Weber's, TD 1.2's, Gaz coilovers etc and loads of history. John, the previous owner (a really nice guy!) was a long term member of the WSCC and recommended I join. I'm sure people here will know the car. She's not perfect or a show car, but she's all mine! 😁 I'm looking forward to meeting some other owners (weather permitting!) and picking your brains when I inevitably start fettling, fixing and upgrading! Great to be part of the Club! Rob1 point

I decided to spend more on the walls as the floor was made of lots of additions where the garage has grown over the years 4 sections of different concrete all cracked... how thick is the epoxy, will it still cover a bumpy floor (not bothered if it’s not level) and can it be put over regular floor paint? My floor has 2 coats of trade paint from screw fix on a unprepped floor and seems to be fine so far. But I’d love epoxy. ps the parking bays keep the toys in a sensible place so the kit car fits behind without getting out and moving every time.1 point
