  1. Hello members! For those of you who met me at the Speed Series Awards or have seen Thrustyjust's post you'll know that I am expecting a child this year However I just wanted to jump on and say... I'm still going to be looking after you all this club is a great community which I honestly can say I feel a part of - the support and welcome we get from members at shows and events is amazing and you're always a friendly bunch when you call up in regards to your insurance. To ensure we don't lose the relationship we've built with members (and so I can keep an eye on you all haha) I will be following the forum whilst on my maternity leave so as always you are welcome to pm me with any queries and I'll do my best to offer you the support you are after or refer to the office where needed. I'll be in the office until 22nd March so if any of you are due for renewal before then I may speak to you on the phone before I go Carlie

  2. The 2019 Speed Series Awards presentation and dinner will be held at the Lea Marston Hotel near Sutton Coldfield on Saturday 30th November*. The evening begins with a few drinks at the bar followed by presentations of trophies and dinner. It's open to all members and partners, you don't have to be in the Speed Series. WSCC Discount on rooms and dinner is £35 a head. Menus (from which you will need to make a choice) and room booking arrangements to be added shortly... *Please note this is a change from the original date posted in February which was 23rd November.

  3. I snapped a head bolt on my Ducati many years ago, had less than that sticking out. Copious amounts of penetrating oil, then tried mole grips: nothing moved. Finally filed two opposing flats onto the shank and managed to get a spanner to turn and free it. The bolt's now on my garage wall, as a reminder of the 5 hours it took to get it out.....!

  5. Visiting Radtec...... So I rocked up and said..... "here's my very poorly fuel tank that I rang you about, sorry about the Odeur Esso pong and all that..... It's got holes and cracks in it and it's more like a sieve than a tank, can you copy it only make it "Better"?..... Better says he...... yes says I.... tighter baffles and maybe a swirl pot built in, anything that cures a tight Left Fuel Surge?? Oh and I'd like a thicker gauge metal here and here.... Pointing with my none engineering pinkie at the bits I reckon would benefit from more thickness of metal...... There was not a hint of snigger or contorted face to be detected, I was simply shown into the emporium of dark arts that they call a fabrication shop..... I can only say that it got me moist, there were people applying electricity, talent and skills to metals in order to fashion said materials into products..... one of those products will soon be mine..... in the form of new and improved, none leaking Fuel Tank for the ASBO. The Sage (Mrs Nem.... ) is gonna crap a brick when she gets the bill (she has offered to pay for this for a couple of birthdays and at least 2 Christmas pressies, so no guilt complex here!!) So in short... go see them and buy stuff..... the place is clean enough to eat your dinner off the floor. Nem............

  7. Isn’t digital marketing clever.. i’ve Never told anyone and I trust my wife has not either about my little problem. How do they know? It’s like magic. when it arrives. I’ll [last longer, get harder and give better every night]. And my wife will no longer want to divorce me. That’s lucky as I don’t want to sell The Westfield just yet!

  9. A turbo torch would get that red hot, which is what you need to break the rust and some mole grips. Unless you want to get an induction heater stud remover , which are pretty funky.
