Another new member joins the club (and boosts the Somerset contingent ) I’ve been on the forum for a couple of months, firstly as a voyeur and recently as a full member. I found my car on here, which I collected on Saturday (more below) Firstly though I have to say that my initial findings of the club are a revelation from my former kit car ownership experiences. There is a wealth of information; the website/forum is easy to use and clearly has been well invested in and maintained; the club magazine is as good as a shop bought publication; and the help of other members/committee has already proved invaluable. I hope to be able to contribute in my own small way; and so to start (as I know you all like them) some pictures from my first journey, the trip back from Shropshire – we took the scenic route over eight hours! Loving the car and hope to meet up with some of you soon. Dave3 points

The addictive nature of driving these cars is you just don't want to stop. Enjoy.3 points

Yes we had a cracking day! Not too many cars so lots of track time, plenty of which was pretty much clear and hardly any red flags. Weather was good too with a slight bit of drizzle around 4.30pm. But the icing on the cake was the superb tuition provided by @AdamR as I think @Matthew Haynes will no doubt agree. Has to be the best value for money “upgrade” to date that has made the car quicker! I’d also like to thank Adam for setting up my new ARBs which combined with the tuition and fresh geo from @Plays-Kool has turned the car into a much better track day tool - and importantly I’ve learned a bit more about how to use it. I'm very happy!!!3 points

That's good Gary. My Dad's Standard Ten broke a wheel going round a slow suburban corner and he replaced all of them with a set of Herald wheels as they were stronger. Looks very nice by the way.1 point

from North Oxfordshire. An eight hour tour home (including the old Severn Bridge so I'm guessing you enjoyed the Welsh Borders and Forest of Dean also) is an inspired way to settle into Westfield ownership - Well Done! Simon1 point
