  3. If you extended that box filter forwards, into some of that unused space over the cockpit, above the roll bar, you could have both a convenient way of keeping dry/out of the sun, delete as applicable, and have invented the first Luton bodied Westfield!

  5. Fitted when I bought the car - apparently its from PlaysKool. The finish isn't brilliant (could do with a Carbon-look hydro-dip), but the quality seems good - its quite solid

  6. Newly made 200 CAT link pipe by Mark at Wunoff. Wanted to be able to run the carbon exhaust all year round, pinched the idea from the factory S2000 secondary pipes. Gary

  9. The logistics for getting him to any visit is just massive. His Car, secret service cars, helicopters etc. They all come in two massive air transport planes along with an elite team of marines, who are in the Ospray. We send May on EasyJet by comparrison

  10. My advice would to not put anything on any social media. Innocent comments like "I didn't see him" will be twisted beyond belief by a shady lawyer, ignoring the rest of the statement. Don't put anything in writing to anyone but your insurers legal team and always check who they are, we have had people phoning claiming to be someone they are not. Try not to worry that is what you pay the insurers to do for you. It sounds like you were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

  15. Having been away from the house for several weekends now (and been on holiday), we have a lot to do around here, so won't be making this trip, unfortunately. Hope the weather holds for you guys. Have a good run. David

  17. Yep welding looks acceptable I would suggest getting the whole casting including welds crack detected. A little bit of dye penetrant shouldn't cost a lot or cause any problems. Just an additional safety precaution. Bob

  18. Just to strike a balance. I wouldn't be without my indoor cover. My garage has rafters and lots of stuff stored above, painting the walls and floor simply doesn't help. I bought my new stormforce (kitcar) cover off Ebay for £20. You just need to be lucky with your timing.

  20. It is. I'll still come along and work on the car in the pits. It may come to life during the day.
