We will try.... please note the event is run by Blyton Park, and we come under their insurance etc so its their party. I will have a chat with Richard Usher circuit manager/owner. I respectfully ask can we no leave this thread alone and stay positive. Please treat it as in hand and we will try our best! cheers John3 points

Could we request a slightly shorter and more concise track briefing this year? It's important the briefing covers all points clearly, concisely, safety issues etc especially if we have new people. If I remember correctly last years track briefing was over 45 minutes... Maybe it was just the guy presenting it, but I stopped listening towards the end.2 points

Hi all, A week this saturday, i will be collecting my first Westfield. It is roughly a 3 hour drive there and 3 hours back. Is there anything i need to pack for such a long journey on the way home in the Westfield? I cannot wait to pick it up now! Thanks Nick1 point

Had a 4 1/2 hour journey back from Pembrokeshire last week and all we needed was a packet of sucky sweets (for Victor Meldrew fans) and a stop for petrol. ...and I’m a soft southern Jessie too.....1 point

The SR20 is quite a large engine dimensionally and is a close fit in the Westfield engine bay. You need the V8 bonnet to get it in. I still run the standard wet sump and it still has more clearance than the tunnel brace behind the bellhousing A very robust engine comes standard with forged crank and rods so will handle some fairly serious power upgrades. Mine is stock with the exception of a set of headers and a pretty loud free flowing exhaust. Just scapes in to our noise limits. I have about 150fwhp. I have concentrated most of my upgrades on handling and braking and the car is a delight to drive and ultra reliable.1 point

Getting close and getting excited. Upgraded the factor 15 to factor 30, super strength midge repellant on order. Would leaving the wet weather gear at home be a step too far? This is going to be great, epic. Bring it on.1 point

My first photos! - I've had the car since 1st April and tinkered a little bit - new tyres, new steering rack, geometry setup (but I still want to go to Procomp for a full corner-weighting session) I had a quick blat tonight in the sunshine and stopped off at the Shugborough Estate as the sun was going down - great light for Chrome Yellow!1 point

Personal taste is the main one. FW is more “modern” looking and ZK more “classic”. Who knows which one may be more desirable in future? Could go either way but currently they both seem to be holding their price well. Personally i’d look into what is the exact spec, condition and build quality of each as that’s more important. If they truly are the same other than body type, then it’s up to you which one floats your boat.1 point
