  1. After I organised the trip with the Air Museum., I received a nice message from Ron Siddle. Ron used to be the Chairman of the WSCC and was also very active in motorsport. Ron and his colleagues did very well within the sport and they feel that this trip would benefit from sponsorship. Ron has Kindly offered to pay the entrance fee for all the people within the group who attend. I would like to say a BIG thankyou to Ron and Frank for this wonderful gesture.

  5. Edd's new programmes, Edd Chana's Garage Revivals, is going to be released on his Youtube channel starting 1st May. From Youtube: "Your favorite mechanic, Edd China from Wheeler Dealers, is back with what we hope will be a new program series. In Edd China’s Garage Revival, Edd will work with car owners, whose restoration projects have got the better of them, to get their plans back on track. In the pilot episode, Edd travels to Norway to get a Golf MK1 GTI back where it belongs - on the road. "

  7. Thank you to Ron, does that also mean we get to meet you tomorrow? Hang on, let me put my Mrs Practical head on....that's better, now, just so everyone knows there is a BP garage next door to B and Q. Obviously that means fuel, but I have just rung and checked and they have a customer toilet too.

  9. Haha, fair enough. They've had a few flash sales recently though that they've not posted on here. Shame you have to wait ages for anything you order though. My half hood said 4-5 weeks. Now in week 7

  11. I built some like Adges. Easily modify-able. One thing tho. I'm just in the process of adding heavy duty castors to gain a bit of room when not building.

  13. There’s always been a Club tradition over the years of passing the Westfield Build Stands on to other users once your done with them yourself. There used to be a few sets in circulation at any one time. That said, it does seem to have tailed off a bit in recent years. Shame really.

  17. I’d say more people are put off by the downstairs bathroom arrangement than there only being two bedrooms.
