  1. The wife's first attempt of a birthday Westfield cake...

  2. I damn well need to overfill it to gain torque increases !! As for believing it will do this from an oil change, there isnt anything on a google that brings real world truth to it, other than Millers own drivel and 'tests' . All the Youtube vids, people are saying they test the turbo cars with lesser oils with no fans on the front, so not something that is tested correctly. Just think if I put those trinkets of silver things in the tank, one of them plug in power things in the power point and this oil, I should be able to take on an F1 car from a standing start.................. In the real world Don, yes, go ahead and test it. It would be really interesting.

  5. Managed to sneak a package past Santas little helper ( aka the Mrs ) who seems to think it's OK to wrap anything bought in December and declare it not to be opened until xmas day ! And its yet another controversial purchase. Now I have nthing against the black trim and black wheel brigade, but I'm a chrome fan And I really wanted some little sidelights to sit atop the cycle wings. Searched about and original or vintage car remakes seemed very expensive. Now whilst looking over mr brothers new scooter the other night, and admiring his vast array of lighting ! I asked where he got the chrome spot lamps and things from. Turns out its these guys https://www.beedspeed.com/lamp-bullet-light-chrome-clear-lens-p-9767.html So pair ordered and arrived. They come with orange bulbs, but standard fitting, so I'll swap those for standard sidelight issue. Then when the weather improves, set about fitting these and all the other little trinkets Santa is holding back.

  6. Ah but I will have a cage and a new bonnet to fit. Well assuming a certain someone passes by Northampton on the way north that is

  7. That's very cheap for a top spec fully synth oil! The Scooby will have improved performance because it had knock detection and an ECU that tweaks timing, so it could make use of the higher RON fuel. Non turbo cars would see much less change, and those without such systems won't see any benefit. Would love to see an improvement from such oil but... can't see how it can change the laws of physics

  8. @akor7 I hope you are aware that in UK we have a 'Q' registration plate which shows that the car may have been built from parts that are the correct age but the car itself was registered at a later date. I sold a kit car to France some years ago but as it was built from one donor car so it was registered on its original (the donor vehicles) registration date and it had a normal registration number and not a 'Q' plate. The car you started this with shows that it was registered in the advert as 2017 which might be a problem to you, this car is a Q registration.

  12. I reckon Nanodrive oil would double the torque output of your S2000 engine!

  16. Nice one Jeff. I'll be there, if I can get the engine and gearbox back in. Just need a flywheel, starter motor, plenum, oil pump and a few other bits. But don't wait if I'm late.

  19. I work with someone who's always extolling the virtues of Millers Nanodrive, he's always telling me to put it in the Westfield, but I keep telling him I've got to keep it in the crossflow first.

  20. LOL, wish I could make so much torque from an oil change. Most Fast Car readers can only look at piktures. I detect the words marketing, bull and sh17 in that report on biblical proportions. Nearly as bad as the drivel Steve Hole does for Westfield reviews in his magazines !!

  21. I've back-to-backed the same car on a dyno with Nanodrive the second set of runs (and having heated the oil to the temp they recommend), no difference in torque or bhp.
