After all the cake, ice cream, chocolate and other foodstuffs consumed on a seemingly weekly basis you will all have to modify your Westies more like a McLaren F1, and have one large seat in the centre of the car!!3 points

Another great day of silliness to add to the usual festive madness! It did end in an eventful manner as Julie has reported the headlamp departure situation, I have to report that my left DRL is still going on and off, fault not found yet and my repaired alternator has failed again, poor soldering by me . However, the biggest blunder is shown in the picture below! Yes that's right, the hood roll is not on the boot box where it belongs as I leaned it up against the fence whilst rummaging in the boot! Yes you are right again to think that this complete numpty then drove off without re-attaching said hood roll on to the car! Fortunately it all ends well as the kind staff at Peak Rail have rescued it and are looking after it until I can return to claim it2 points

I'm a little OCD when it comes to cleanliness so every car I have ever bought has been subjected to a deep clean, even brand new cars. End of a few days of intensive car cleaning with BMW waxed, Merc fully machine polished and waxed and today was the Westfields turn in readiness for a North Wales trip on Tuesday Front wheels off, cleaned and waxed, full clean and checkover of all suspension, bodywork clayed, prepped and topped off with a layer of Mitchell and King Japan, a lovely soft wax that I borrowed from a friend, not that the 20+ waxes I already have would not have done but always keen to try different ones1 point

Yep, nutter for sure, but I think I might be changing the route if the roads are icy. I am definitely going to come home in the light, I expect my head lamp to fall off again. @Martyn Vann - Joint Warwickshire AO the staff at Peak Rail are only there at weekends at the moment, so we can call in for jammy tea cakes to collect your hood bag. We will see who is the nutter on the GBS run, 16th Dec, shall we @AndrewBClarke. Wait for the weather on that day, anything could happen1 point

@Julie Hall - AO Representative, Peak District AO Sorry no sound.. Mr YouTube's copyright governance monkeys were not happy with Mr Miller in the background. And.. although it's hard to believe I have removed the really boring bits. Bagpuss posing at a red light (ooooooo errrrr) around 9 minutes1 point

Oh... I'll remember that as I look at the Ryan Air flight to Alicante taking off over my head! I never usual trouble the mics, or even get close on a static. You think its worth me trying? (Open induction on passenger side, exhaust on drivers)1 point

If you can find a couple of repair washers big enough, put one top and one bottom then refit the light. That will help prevent a break in future.1 point

Oh no, you poor sod. That’s normally worse, it means she knows and is: a. Letting you stew on it. b. Going to bring it up with surgical precision, when you really, really don’t want her to.1 point

Right, I am going to get one in first Mr @Trevturtle Are you posting this years video or last years video? And now I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that I am rubbish at taking panorama photos and I was quietly hoping that you had all forgotten about them, here you are and I will get mi coat. Fear not, Glen has asked that I reassure the group that he is ribbing me about it Now for the good news, the bracket has been welded by my local garage and they did not charge me for it, how sweet is that? The good husband has wiggled all the wires and put it back on for me too, so I am back on the road and a happy bunny. How long will it last before it breaks again, don't even go there. Looking forward to the videos1 point
