Chassis, wishbones, alloy uprights, all nuts and bolts and mounting hardware supplied by westfield. Protech shocks and springs supplied by procomp built to the same spec and poundage as supplied by the factory and confirmed by Matt at procomp. Setup to factory setup sheet as provided by mark walker, front tweaked a bit away from factory to suit my driving style. Setup and corner weighted by a motorsport specialist. Bolted together by me or a factory technician what's the difference? Factory car built by "professionals" at the factory. 2 cars same components, 2 different builders, same problem reported Coincidence? If I'm spending 20k+ I have every right to question the factory if I believe something ain't right. If you would accept it then then that would be your choice. I'll leave it there.

Ian, yes I understand Westfield components were used but there are many different components that you can use. Shocks, discs, calipers even seats to steering wheels. Different configurations for different people who use there cars for road or track use. Poor advise from Westfield or poor selections of parts could all lead to a poor handling car. Or poor setting up. I do remember going to Blinks for geo setup and getting the third degree on what I wanted the car for. Blimey Fraiser is good as I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you Blink, will not take the car anywhere else. Thanks Fraiser. Maybe Westfield should third degree purchasers before selling to them. My last post not got anything else to say.

Hi Nico, I looked at this and the registration seemed to be strange and the advert vauge. I suspect it will need to be put through the IVA again if using in the UK and from what I believe is the case to register in France is very difficult almost impossible in some parts. My Brother lives in France and it is without doubt the most wonderful place to drive a Westfield

Sadly we had to say goodbye to our Labrador Oscar today. We've had him since he turned 8 weeks old and he finally succumbed to the usual Labrador arthritic hips and elbows at the ripe old age of 13. It's amazing just how much your pets become one of the family. We are all gutted, the kids especially as they have never known the house without him in it. Feel like I've lost my right-hand man Rest easy buddy.

Sorry to take the shine off a great day! Has anyone else who dined at lunch time been ill ? I had the pate for lunch and woke in the early hours of Sunday with a temperature and stomach cramps. I travelled to Germany later in the days and have been unwell all week and have only had 3 meals since Sun. I got home last night and have seen a doctor today. He suspects food poisoning. I’m feeling a little better now and have only seen my last two meals on the way in so far No one else at Home has been ill, luckily.

Bring a mate who hasn't got a Westie yet night? Also.... I'm away at the mo and won't be back until Sun evening, so not going to make the monthly meet this weekend...
