In a similar vein to Ali and Gail, I insured the Westfield with A-Plan for the first time earlier today, having used another broker previously. I was genuinely impressed with the service received from Richard and the team; efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. That was first thing on a Monday morning, too! Thanks very much.
