Cracking roads, scenery and company, a mega time and thanks to my colleagues for making it great fun. Everywhere we went the cars were the stars! We based our tour at the Moorfield Motel in Ullapool, top accommodation ideal for location, facilities, food, a certain well named beer that can't be mentioned !!! and great that your car is right outside your room.2 points

Just to say, the thanks doesn't go to me, it goes to you guys that turn out and make it a club day, rather than me going out on my own. Let's make the most of the Summer!1 point

I very neatly built an MNR instead of a Westy. Visited their premedisband had a good chat. Nice cars, well made and good quality bodywork. I just couldn't quite get away with the looks and so ended up here!1 point

Enjoyed the video and must admit MNR is not a make I was aware of. I bet your son-in-law enjoyed driving it. Just don't let Hamster loose on that course. My typing with arthritic fingers is not the best and by incorrectly putting an X in front of Richard Hammond's nickname I found an unexpected website--honest your Honour.1 point

Never been on a Tracy day myself but very interested in going on one depending on what she looks like, although I'm concerned about child passengers. Can you please supply more info and prices? Thanks1 point

Desperate times and really really sad. I was involved as a building safety lead about 20 years ago in a data centre, we had a company train us on evacuation, the consultant chappie was ex-royal marine and his messages have never left me, all about having an exit plan for every situation. Sounds OTT but every hotel I stop in I walk the fire route from my room so I/we know the way out came in handy last year when I was in San Jose on business and at 3am the an A/C unit was alight on the roof of the hotel about staying calm as those around you are running around in blind panic ... Everyone should have a plan for a fire at home and have at least 1 escape route and you all should know it ...1 point

As title says really this was originally built up for my 2wd saph cosworth but was never used in the end. All wishbones have been blasted and powder coated. Totally polly bushed, new callipers, genuine refurbed thicker diameter cosworth shafts, new wheel bearings, new discs and pads, new drop links etc. Totally as new but minus diff. £550 west midlands Dave 07836 22 55 061 point

Now I understand why people talk so much about Applecross... my word!1 point

As soon as I read this bit, I knew what was coming... A grim tale well told - and I totally understand it's the guys behind who will cop it unless there is biblical evidence written in tablets of stone to the contrary Which is why all the cars have a dash cam - yes it could be used against me, but in my mind the ratio between me doing something stupid against the other muggle doing something stupid probably makes the risk worth it...1 point

Option 3 is use the "motorbike lane" - you know, the one in between the outside lane and the Armco...1 point
