  1. Got married yesterday and had the reception at the Bugatti Owners Club, Prescott hill climb. The sun shone and it was brilliant......Not sure the narrow was designed for so many passengers though!!

  4. Although we gave up camping after my wifes (fairly bad) RTA, we used a Vango Diablo 900DXL. Great bit of kit, add on Porch extension too. It is nothing short of HUGE and super stable.

  5. We got a 6 man for two of us. Just because there's loads of room. I also have a 3 man for just me when I need to pack light. So 3x the number of people required is my rule of thumb

  6. not done air beam tent but they seem to be popping up! never done an electric car; but they are the future too.. +'ves I like the sewn in ground sheet, and there is an inner and outer tent, you can stand up in it.. and best "light-blocking fabric to stay dark" -'ve trusting scouts with knives and an air tent, like putting a porcupine on a water bed.

  7. Make sure you get the longer versions Gary, as early ones may not be long enough. Although if you look at Steves 250 build, he has got through IVA with under headlight pods, which are cheaper , but borderline for the test. Just some ideas.

  10. Temporally, yes - I disconnected the brake bias adjuster that has just been fitted (the balance bar has been on the car since I bought it). Think I need to look at shortening both rods then reconnecting and trying again.... Out again on Saturday at Aintree.

  34. We bought an inflatable tent last year and have had a few trips in it. We've really enjoyed it, and so easy to put up. Tall too, no crawling around. https://www.decathlon.co.uk/air-seconds-family-52-xl-inflatable-tent-5-man-id_8357356.html

  41. 50 Kit cars, do I need to say any more? Possibly the biggest gathering of kits outside of the Stoneleigh/Silverstone type events. With free entry and refreshments, I do not understand why more Westfield's were not there. It was worth the 1.5 hour journey for me, only 10 minutes of that was on the A1, good job because it was freezing today. A Westfield sandwich at McDonalds, Ollerton Chris was there too but on the other side of the car park With Trevor and Paul in the Tigers, and Chris and Mo in a Westfield, we just squeezed into the car park. Ian and Charlotte were already there, Andrew and Pete virtually followed us in. Other cars just kept arriving, more and more, it was an excellent turn out. After a couple of hours we decided we were all hungry and Andrew knew of a cafe nearby, so we followed Ian there. Eh? Glen decided we all needed our photograph taking, so he practiced on Ian, Charlotte and me first Then he roped everyone else in, they are a reluctant lot, hidey boo After lunch Westfields scattered in every direction and a good day was had by all. Thank you to everyone that came today, it was great to see you.
