  1. About time too. Managed a healthy 140 mile blast today, Whitchurch, Ruthin, Denbigh, Cerrigydrudion, (Bacon buttie and tea) Bala, Llangollen back to Whitchurch. Man it felt good to be out again. Evo triangle was epic (and empty) Horseshoe pass fabulous too. Roll on Spring

  2. Hello Paid up member now So I did an introduction thread before xmas as I was looking for a westy. Found one I liked and bought her early last month. My introduction to ownership was a 3.5 hour drive home. It was just above freezing, but thankfully dry. A severe case of cold right arm , and plenty of encouragement from people on the motorway (or was that laughing, I cant remember). Anyway shes a zetec on throttlebodies, sew, quaife diff, bgh gear box and some other nice bits. She goes really nicely at just over 300bhp per ton. Pretty good road manners, and does not really want for anything. I ve just cleaned it properly as it was a bit grubby. I want to go through it fluids wise and probably a cambelt. Been out a fair bit already the plan is to enjoy and not fiddle too much (if it aint broke....ahem). Llandow is booked in March, castle combe in April and will be probably visited quite a bit during the summer. Then run outs etc. I would like to thank Chris King, I joined the forum and he helped setting me up as it was not working for me signing in. He did not know me from Adam. I cheekily PM'd him and asked him for some advice. He could not be more helpful in what I should be looking for and gave me advice on quite a few cars in the end. Thanks for steering me in the right direction. anyway here she is Be prepared for some silly questions no doubt!! (after i ve searched of course "cough") Cheers Rory

  6. The diameter would be helpful? What does "Suitable detachable steering wheel boss" mean? Does it come one? Does it need one? I'm all for adding new products but you have to write a clear description. Think about what you would want to know before buying something.
