  1. Thanks for the reminder Marcus, I will be booking my Premier Inn in the next week or so and I need to get the dates right. Nice pic at the sea side, or loch side Minty Here is the long awaited chopping board, stop laughing, you just didn't know that you had waited a long time for it

  5. Hi Gary. Thanks for the updates. Regarding the seaplane. I would also prefer to do the flight over Skye. if anyone wants to do the other flight then I am happy to wait around but it is the Skye one I fancied. With regard to Scrabster Ferry. I would like to get the earliest Ferry but it would mean setting off around 6.15am from Durness to go for the Ferry which for me is not a problem. This would mean that we get the maximum time over by Scapa Flow to explore the island. Ali is ok with the 8.45 sailing if you look earlier in the thread. Just go for it.... its an adventure.

  11. Are those actual running con rods, or some kind of set up tool for checking clearances etc? They just look so flimsy and at the same time heavy!!

  12. I got one from WSC ,I broke mine moving it on the dash and the switch from WSC was the only one that matched the plug in wiring socket, the part number is 4932012 £22.49 inc vat and postage. I wasted money on two switches from other suppliers which wouldnt fit or work.
