Last Friday was the copy deadline date. This is the date when all submissions from members such as articles, area reports, photos and the like must reach the editor for inclusion in the next issue of the club magazine. The magazine then has to be created and sent to the printers, then addressed and posted. This process takes roughly three weeks, so the next issue will probably hit the post boxes during w/c 12 December, but might be slightly earlier.

POLITE HEADS UP: One thing you will all note when you sign in on the new forums for the first time is that the option to sign in using your User Name (account name), which we currently use, will not be available. The new system will ask you to sign in using either your Display Name (forum handle) and Password, or the Email Address you registered your account with and your Password. For example, in the current forum you sign in using your User Name and Password. As I didn't want to type "Scott Young - WSCC Chairman" (my Display Name or forum handle) every time I signed in, I changed my User Name to something much shorter. Frequently but certainly not always, your Display Name and your User Name are the same. Unless you asked us to change it, it's whatever it was when you first signed up, and most people use the same for both. But when the new forums come on stream, it can only be either Display Name or Registered Email Address plus your Password. I anticipate this will catch a number of you out as you'll be used to blindly tapping in your User Name and will do so again without reading the sign-in dialogue box. Once you sign in the first time, just tick the box next to "Remember Me" and you won't have to do it again. Just bringing this up so you're aware of the slight difference and to prevent hassles and gripes in a few days from now. If you have any questions on this, now is a good time to ask.

Rear of cap right under rear Use paracord under centre of Westie to tabs on cap (although ideally a set of tabs further forward would work better) This way the Walker St Claire cover has stayed on in some very severe weather at Anglesey Circuit!

I'm with Craig as well. Great production on the 3 car shootout but the in-tent stuff was a little laboured. BUT... this is episode 1. I'm hoping we'll be seeing a few more "...and then a challenge arrived" moments in the coming weeks.
