  1. Quite a calm reply from me yesterday considering I was wetting myself, only got my favorite car coming out with us, not excited.....much. If all the Westfield's in the world came up for sale tomorrow this would be the one that I would buy. So the plan is, to wear mine out, just in time for when Stu gets fed up of his and decides to sell it to fund his next build, good plan eh? We cooked nicely next to the real fire in the Wheatsheaf as we chatted away until it was time to test drive the throttle bodies. A trip through Bakewell for petrol was cut short because they can't manage their Christmas market traffic, so after a three point turn we called in Matlock, got petrol and wiggled our way to Ashbourne. The views were spectacular, of Stu's car in my rear view mirror, oh and the view of the Peak District was Ok too. It is good to hear that the itb's are working, just need to sort the naughty key out now then. The sun shone, the roads dried a little and I am not showing off, I am just saying it as it is, but I wasn't cold, if I was i would say so. That all made for a great day out so my thanks has to go to Stuart for making the effort to join us today.

  2. Back home after just over 100 miles. A bit cold, a bit damp a bit slippy but a lot of fun. Thanks again to Julie and Glen.

  3. The winner is Marcus Barlow who has driven 4669 miles in his Westfield and the runner up is Wayne Shepherd who has driven 4227 miles in his Westfield. Well done and thank you for entering, your prizes are on their way to you.

  4. I think it's because they are out of stock. They don't need to pull the listing. Just put the price back to normal when back in stock

  8. Thanks Julie. After what we talked about today how many miles/Westfields have been on your drives out and how many breakdowns have there been this year? I bet there have been a few miles and not many cars at the side of the road. Heres to next year.

  9. Now, I wonder what a 2.3 4 cyl Ecoboost would be like with 315HP... Good that there will be an upgrade path for the Sport 250...

  14. I've sent them a question, asking if the price of the filter includes the car itself.

  15. Exactly that. It costs to list, doesn't cost to make a price adjustment

  16. Track is at RAF Wroughton. Well... RAF science museum surplus storage hangers now. I've driven the Grand Tour track then... slowly. Walked and cycled it too come to think of it. I got a little bit bored in the middle but that might just be relative to how well done the rest of it was. It was incredibly well made!

  17. Sorry we can't make it, we are off to cuddle our 1 week old grand daughter some more and play with her 2 year old big sister We were hoping that Sunday might be good but the weather is looking poor most of the day so it looks like a non-starter
